Love the case! Worked with customer support on an issue and was very happy with the experience and the back and forth quick responses on my issue I was experiencing.

Unbelievable case, just as described thin and protective. While upgrading my Pixel this was the very first purchase. Great customer service and outstanding protective case.

Ordered a case on 12 April. Decide to change address and do a cancellation. Replied me on 13 April saying that they cant cancel as their customer service team is offline over the weekend and only resumed operations on 13 April and the case has been shipped. They tell me to contact Aramex for change of address.

I checked on Aramex tracking site, and as of 13 April, mine number is just being "Created" and not yet "Collected". So strange that they just push it off and say they can't cancel it.

This shows how is their business practice and ethics and push the ball back to the consumer, as a distraction.

I’ve used LaterCase products for several different iPhone models, and have always been impressed with the quality of their products.
Their customer service and timely communication is also excellent.
It’s difficult to find a company that consistently excels in all areas like LaterCase.

This Is the 3rd case I have purchased. They a tough but thin. They have a surface that does not feel slippery. You feel like you are controlling the phone. A very handy feature with a Pro- Max size beast.
The company also has seriously good customer service.
They will get back to you and go the extra yard to get it right.

Ordered a case for my Pixel 10 Pro Fold through Amazon (I should've done it directly through them) and unfortunately it didn't fit properly. I reached out to Latercase and not only were fast responding but also very understanding. This is my 2nd case (first one was for a Z fold 5) and very happy with their product and the speed in them resolving my issue.

I love the cases I have one for my phone I just got one from my switch 2 I had an issue with some of the sticky strips I contacted later case and they shipped me out a new set immediately they are awesome the case is beyond great I will definitely be purchasing more cases from my other devices.

Great case — finally something that actually works for the Z Fold 5.
Finding a good case for this phone has been a challenge. This one fits perfectly and feels genuinely sturdy. I’ve tried plenty of cheaper cases, and every single one was either poorly made, didn’t fit right, or broke within the first month.

Wireless charging even works better through this case than with the others I’ve used, which was a nice surprise.

Their customer service is also excellent. I accidentally ordered the wrong model, reached out to them, and within a week they had the correct case in my hands.

Overall, I’m really impressed. I’ll definitely be buying another Latercase when I upgrade my phone.

I have been using these cases for my phones for the past four phone models! They are everything they are advertised to be: super light, super thin and great bang for the buck! Today I had a very good experience with my latest purchase, customer service, understood my value and gave me a credit that they did not need to! I recently ordered the carbon fiber case for my Galaxy Z Flip 6. My first piece had a small fitment issue with the top cover, but the customer service team responded quickly and sent a replacement right away — along with a complimentary microfiber cloth, which was a nice touch.

The new case fits perfectly. The alignment is tight, the adhesive holds properly, and the overall finish is excellent. I absolutely love how slim and lightweight it is. It keeps the phone feeling premium without adding bulk. If you’re looking for a minimal, high-quality case for a foldable, this is a great option.

Ordered the screen protector for pixel 10 Pro fold. The glass feels as good as the actual phone to touch, but most importantly it covers the front whole front screen (which is incredibly hard to find on the foldable pixel for some reason). And when paired with a later case you cannot tell the screen protector on. Perfect fit. It came in an unnecessarily premium box with magnets and a drawer, nicer than the box the phone came in and it included 2 screen protectors.

I ordered the switch 2 case and didn’t really like the fit. Overall the case was nice but due to the few issues I had with it, I decided to return it. The reason for the 5 star review is because of their support team. They handled my return with ease and swiftness.

Edit: The customer service team reached out to me and sent me a replacement case which fits properly. They were really helpful and friendly, thanks.

I've bought multiple cases for different phones over the years from latercase and they've all been fine until I bought one for my new phone. The phone rattles around in the case while it's only slight it's still rather annoying.

It's a real shame because I love the design of it.

I had an issue with an order being marked undeliverable, and honestly, the way Latercase handled it completely exceeded my expectations. The refund was processed quickly, but what really stood out was the quality of the support. Donald, who assisted me, was excellent. His responses were fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. I received this product and it's everything it was advertised to be. The only reason I returned it was because it doesn't come up the sides as high as I would have liked. The customer service I received was prompt and professional.
