Great service by Ashley with regards to my enquiries on my flight booking. She was friendly, courteous and went to a great length to assist me. To add on, I have been booking via FlyFairly a couple of times and so far it has always been a pleasant experience.

Booked 4 seats to brisbane for me and the kids. honestly one of the smoothest bookings i’ve done. used klarna so didn’t have to pay the full thing upfront which helped heaps. angel helped me sort seat selection and was so patient. really good support. not stressful at all which is rare when travelling with 3 kids.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BOOKING…
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!
To all who are thinking of booking through this app, please think more than twice. The hassle is really not worth it. It is better to pay the regular price instead.
In a nutshell, everything was just bad experience overall. Instead of handling the situation, they choose to dodge a bullet and bark up the wrong tree --the customer.
1.Customer service rep is very unprofessional.So much unnecessary extra comments and reasoning instead of just doing what was asked.
Second, 2 of the 4 bookings have ENTIRELY WRONG CONFIRMATION CODES. Imagine the hassle of having to confirm everything on my end. No one has the luxury of time to do these. Had I not reviewed them ahead, imagine the stress it would have been. Confirmation code was changed by the airline without their knowledge. Should that be the customer's problem then? Isn't that part of your job to update the customer of the changes?
Third, I cannot make any changes to my booking like seat preference and additional baggage because the booking is made under someone's email and I can't access it. When I tried to reach out, NO ONE RESPONDS. This service is crap.... JUST CRAPPY!
I made this review with all honesty and these were the replies I received on my end, because I made a review about my experience:
"...At this stage, we are happy to resume support and provide the updated itinerary, as soon as your public review reflects the facts of the situation more fairly."

FLY FAIRLY, please do better at your correspondence with customers. It leaves a bad (or worse) impression. Take reviews and comments as a way to improve.

Great solutions bringing down costs
I was just really struggling trying to find a return flight from Sweden in June at a reasonable cost, almost giving up and with that, giving up the chance to visit my family and have my son come and stay with me in the summer then I stumbled upon these guys who put together a great suggested combination of flights which then can quite often result in much lower prices, ok so I'm coming back via Oslo haha but hey I get to see my family thank you guys
