I apologize, I couldn't satisfy you. We have had an overwhelming number of orders at the beginning of this year, far exceeding our capacity. However, we have onboarded many talented artisans and anticipate shortening our production cycle by half in April. Rest assured, our products are all meticulously handcrafted by our artisans.

Hello, latex clothing is a customized order. Whether it is a standard size or a special size, it requires production time.
We usually complete production and ship within 4-6 weeks.
It is stated in our sales policy.

Very disappointing look-a-like fake products
Very disappointing:
- I recieved a look-a-like product not matching the picture on the website (they used a Lady Lucy Latex picture). I ordered a 5 piece item, but recieved a 3 piece item, which was constructed in a very cheap way with plastic rings instead of metal like on the picture. Not a separate belt but one half belt in the front fixed to the thong. Not a bra and halter separate, but fixed together.
- I filled in my sizes and asked to check if this fits with the size of the item. Never got an answer to it and I received a thong too tight and the top way too large.
- I asked for a refund because of the look-a-like product not matching the picture so they sold me something else than promised. After a lot of emails they said they would give me a refund. But they never did. They didn't answer my email after that anymore.

This order of yours was placed half a year ago. We regret that we were not able to satisfy you. This dress can indeed be made into a three-piece suit or a five-piece suit. However, you did not specify your requirements, and you refused even if we offered you a suggestion to redo it. However, we are sure that we have indeed refunded 15% of the funds to your payment account. Please verify the bill. We also use metal parts and natural latex, not plastic parts. We have responded to your email, please blacklist it in your email. Check to see if there is one on the list.

Premium Handcrafted Latex Ensemble
Their latex clothing is meticulously crafted. They have a wide variety of exquisite women's apparel to choose from. The designs of dresses, tops, and skirts are all very elegant.
Despite the excellent designs, the selection for men is not as extensive. Would recommend to anyone.

DHL has provided a complete express delivery link, which shows that it has been delivered. You said that it is too far away from you and you have not received it, but how can it show that it has been delivered if you have not signed for it?
