Still has not arrived. Please help!

Good cuts, great colors!

Bought slippers in January and they are HORRIBLE! I contacted them immediately asking for a return and talked to "Lexi," she said I need to contact the "after-sales service." I follow all instructions, ask for a return label, and get no reply. I check in regularly via email asking for the return label. Continued to get ignored. 11 months later I ask if they are ever going to answer me and they tell me I am too far past the 14 day return date!!! I have been asking every month for 11 months!!! Customer service phone number doesn't work, chat doesn't work, emails NEVER returned.

I love the products that Lattelier sells. Excellent quality!

I have been charged double or twice for my order. The credit card payment told me it was declined so I put it through again. And now I’ve been charged twice

Can this be refunded please?

Horrible experience with this company. I could tell immediately the fabric of the shirt I ordered, wrinkled easily. Sent it back. It has been over 5 weeks since the warehouse received my return but still no refund to me.

I haven’t received the shoes yet and when I try and track where they are it just says in transit

I never got a confirmation email. After I ordered I received a coupon for 15% off the items in my cart. I thought maybe I had forgotten to check out, but my cart is empty.

The quality is superb and the style is never out of date

I received the dress and was very disappointed, the dress was not at all like the picture, looked cheap, fit poorly, color did not look like picture. I have sent 2 emails to you and have gotten no response

Ordered August 4th and still hasn’t arrived. The clothing was for a special occasion which passed last weekend. Last time I ordered I had my item within a week. Doubt that I’ll be shopping Lattelier again. 😟
