Really great service
Really great service! Came earlier than it was scheduled too. I ordered some things from the Boxing Day sale, a couple of vases and a cushion cover and they were packed well and look so good! I was a bit sceptical ordering at first due to some recent reviews but I think the delays have been because of postal companies, not these guys!
Will order again for sure.

Waiting over 1 month for a refund
Ordered a Bugatti Kettle in October 2022. It was a smooth process returning the item (please note £10 is deducted from returns). To date I have not received a refund. Customer services are prompt at responding, but at this stage it's all excuses... problems with returns, waiting on accounts etc. I'd like the matter resolved, surely it's not that hard Latzio?

We have received your kettle back to our warehouse on 17th November of which I have informed you. I have asked the Accounts Team to refund you accordingly however at the same time we did unfortunately experience some IT problems of not receiving Emails to our inboxes, as they were bouncing backwards and forwards.
That week we have had some updates being done to our servers in order to improve the quality and unfortunately it didn't went all well which reflected in your refund to being processed on 23rd November instead of 17th for which I can only sincerely apologise for such a delay as this is not our normal practice of work.
Earlier I have just sent you a payment confirmation picture of the refund via Email which has been processed on 23rd November however it is standard practice for some banks to take up to 10 working days to credit an account which is completely out of our control unfortunately and due to the reason it has been paid via Klarna, it can take longer.
We have not deducted £10 for return although it is our standard policy to charge if the item is not wanted for any specific reason such as being damaged or defective.
I sincerely hope that you will be able to give us one more opportunity so we can show you that we in fact have improved on our services and keep on improving them by taking any feedback from our valued customers very seriously.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused but are more than happy to assist further via the customer service desk if required.
I hope we will be able to welcome you soon again at Latzio with much better experience next time.
