Really bad experience
I purchased an advanced package for $350 which included everything I needed to start my ebooks business.
I live in Bangladesh, so in order to do business online I had to rely on Launchese to open a UK company and a Stripe processor, and they suggested me to use a VPN to mask my IP and make it European.
The first day I launched my business, I got hit with a mobile ID verification which I did installing the VPN on my mobile phone as Launchese suggested. After just 5 minutes of completing the verification, Stripe closed my account for some reasons they do not specify.
I thought Stripe was partner with Launchese and so maybe they could help me understand why or at least try to fix the issue, maybe I did the verification in a wrong way? Maybe it wasn't a good idea to use a VPN?
No help from their side was provided and so I'm now left without anything but a negative balance.
Honestly I am sorry to give a 1-star rate, because Pauline was kind enough to give me support, but as soon as I had an issue, I was left alone.
In the end I just wasted $350, time and effort to build my business for nothing.
