Huge Potential for Custom Ecommerce, Apps and Automation
When I first tested LaunchMyStore, my main concern was the visual builder experience. In the theme I tried, it felt harder to use than expected, especially compared with tools where you can edit more directly in context and immediately see what you are changing.
That was the reason behind my earlier 3-taco review.
After giving LaunchMyStore another proper try, my view has changed.
What stands out now is not only the store-building function, but the wider potential of the platform. LaunchMyStore gives you a flexible foundation for ecommerce, funnels, digital products, custom workflows, and even your own apps around the store experience.
The MCP support with tools like Claude or Codex is a big part of that. It makes the platform much more powerful because you are not limited to the standard builder flow. You can work from a Figma design, improve the frontend, think through backend logic, connect workflows, and create more tailored experiences for your business.
That opens up serious possibilities.
For founders, creators, agencies, and businesses that want more than a basic webshop, LaunchMyStore can become a much more flexible system. You can build, adapt, automate, and extend instead of being locked into one fixed way of working.
The automation potential is also important. Being able to connect store functions, content, products, workflows, and custom logic makes the platform feel more future-ready than my first impression suggested.
Support has also been consistently great. Fast, available, and genuinely helpful. That matters a lot when you are testing advanced use cases and building something beyond a standard template.
There are still areas that can improve, especially making the visual editing experience smoother by default. But overall, the product has improved, the team is responsive, and the possibilities with MCP, Claude, Codex, custom apps, and automation make LaunchMyStore much more powerful than I first realised.
I’m glad I gave it another try.
Changing my review from 3 tacos to 5 tacos. Well deserved.
Best,
Marcus
