Chase has been servicing my house/yard for about 5 years now. Highly recommend Chase for future yard endeavors

When I received notification on text about them coming to my house after having cancelled last year I was informed the account was not active. I told them I did not want service (according to them they record all calls). They sent someone anyway. I called customer service again they assured me I would not be charged because they understood I did not want service and that the lawn care technician would have to just eat the cost. They charged my bank acct anyway. I called and they told me they had no record of me calling. These people are trying to get money out of cancelled customers by pretending they made a simple error. Don't get this service. It takes an act of the gods to cancel it!

Timothy has always been professional and courteous! If I need to change a date of service or even push it back a week, he has been flexible and understanding. His communication has been outstanding. And his mowing skills is above par!

I can’t recommend my lawn service guy Jacob enough! He’s reliable, shows up when he says he will, and takes real pride in his work. My lawn is a pretty decent size, and he keeps it looking consistently clean, well-manicured, and healthy. The mowing is always even, edges are sharp, and he makes sure everything is cleaned up before he leaves. He’s friendly, professional, and efficient—exactly what you want in a lawn care provider. If you’re looking for someone who does the job right every time and treats your yard like his own, look no further! Great job Jacob

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is horrible. They’re more of a broker than they are. Loan service company the farming your business out to various subcontractors. I was sent text messages four times telling me they had to reschedule so they never actually came out to cut my grass. By that time, I was getting notices from my homeowners association about the overgrowth. I had to call somebody else to do their work. And then they had the audacity to come out and claim that they completed it.

No way does this company have a 4+ rating. If you look you’ll find negative reviews all over including the BBB! Wish we’d done our homework! The only thing reliable seems to be the fact that they are NOT. “Pros” don’t show and you still get charged. The communication is equally poor. The only way to reach someone is through their chat system and even then you don’t really know who you’re chatting with. I spent almost 2 hrs going round and round to get them to take accountability for the no shows and charges. They tried to tell me they changed my “pro” to someone who’s reviews were 4+ as if the “pro” we had who didn’t show up for a month and kept sending msgs he was coming to “make things right” was an acceptable resolution. I asked to communicate directly with the owner/manager, they said there’s no such means. They supposedly put on a supervisor who said they are not allowed to share their last name and who also said there was no means by which to contact the owner/manager/supervisor. Save yourself the headache, hire someone else!

I thought the team did a great job cutting our grass. They came out and cut it, weed eated and blew the trimmings and our yard looks great!

Ira called us f***ing pigs because of a small rock in the yard, which he claims damaged the mower. Despite him mowing the yard before and we had done nothing to the yard. It a flat corner lot with nothing on it. When I told him to leave because he wouldn't stop being belligerent, frequently swearing, he threatened me with a weed eater. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Communicated with me the whole time with ETAs and did exactly what was needed.
