I have been using LawnStarter for a few months and I love it! My professional is Tiffany and she is the absolute best!! She is always communicating with me on or about the day of my service if anything comes up. She exceeds my expectations. My yard looks great and is always mowed, the weed eating is very good and everything is blown off. Very professional!

Chadwick is a very courteous person. He takes pride in insuring the the job is done right the first time. I have been very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

LawnStarter.com is the biggest ripoff I've come by lately. STAY AWAY. I signed up with them because their rep said they could start on a certain date. I immediately got a notification from them wanting to move the date. Great, I've been a client for hours and they're already jerking me around. So I told them to cancel the account. And appropriately no one ever showed up. But guess what? My credit card gets charged. I was a little busy so I couldn't deal with these guys right away. Guess a second time what happened? Yes, I was charged a second time. So, I call them today. I stupidly choose billing problem when prompted. On hold over 20 minutes. Hang up. Call back and select new customer. And wouldn't you know it, a real person answers in 30 seconds. Funny how that works. Tells you all you need to know about this dishonest company. STAY AWAY. Of course this person can't help me and transfers me to "support." On hold for 60 minutes this time and nothing. Not even any terrible muzak to enjoy. Looks like I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get the charges for services never rendered removed. Did I mention to STAY AWAY from this disreputable sham of a company?

Started an account with them in February and never received any service that I ask for. They kept telling me because of the weather. The days they were supposed to come out the weather was fine. Then one day they said someone came out and treated the lawn but it doesn't look like it. There are weeds and other things growing. We have received rain to help out with the supposedly treatment. They said it was trugreen that came out and I've had them before. They usually put out these white looking seeds all over the yard and I didn't see anything when I came home from work. I also took pics of my yard. So they charged me 99 dollars for what they call treatment for my yard for one day. I will dispute these charges because I never received anything from them.

I wish I could give less than a 1 star , they pushed my service back 3 times then just cancelled my request and contract after sending me 20 emails about having their “best crew “ coming out .
Then all of a sudden they can’t find any .
Do your self a favor and get a reputable landscaping company and do not use this fraud third party contracting service that doesn’t deliver on any promises.
