Great service
Our house is for sale and we live an hour away. I took a chance on this LawnStarter to have someone maintain the property. We were matched with George with Cut N Wash and he has done a great job. Very happy with his work - lawn looks great for shnowings. LawnStarter made it super easy. Highly recommend.

disappointed with our first mowing company, which seems like it was a subcontractor of a subcontractor. Nice guys, but the contract was supposed to include edging and blowing the grass off the sidewalk/driveway for $75/cut. They didn't do this, so I had to, but it wasn't a bid deal since that takes about 10% of the time to do everything else.
What pissed me off was when they reached out and suggested they could do edging and blowing for another $81/cut, as if I was naive enough to not know that was in the original contract. Lawnstarter was good enough to get me a new group to come over, but I wish they would vet their subcontractors more thoroughly. Just spent a lot of time on this overall that wasn't necessary.

Steve has been super awesome since the first cut. He's really friendly and clearly cares about the work he does. He even put my garbage can away because it was garbage day and he got there before I had a chance to do it. It's that kind of thoughtfulness that you just don't see a lot but is very very much appreciated!!
