Great work! Fast and easy service

We’ve had a great experience! You can schedule everything on the app, including bush trimming. They let you know when they are coming on the app and always come within the time frame they’ve committed to.

Firstly, I’m not sure which exact location in my area, as there are a few close to my North of Dallas, TX address. (Dallas, TX, McKinney, TX, and Denton, TX)
I have no idea how this company has a 4.5 star review.Horrific experience in every way. Of the eight or more times my lawn has been scheduled, they have canceled on me. Then they decided to charge me a long grass fee, which made my fee go from $80-$320! But the reason it had gotten long was because they kept canceling. Then, after already having done my yard three different times, I get a message THE DAY it’s due to be mowed asking me to draw my property line on a map they sent in an email. It said the person scheduled to come out that day wouldn’t be coming out because the property line wasn’t clear…AFTER my property had been mowed three times. Also, the first person who mowed call me the day he was supposed to mow to tell me he was going to come back with a riding lawnmower. It’s .2 acres of yard. He came back the next day but rolled over our hose and shredded it. He called me, which was kind, and said he would replace it the next time he was out. However, the next time he was scheduled to be out, he calls me directly and tells me he was fired. I let that go, thinking things happen. But then all the other stuff began happening, the cancellations, the crazy long yard fee, the request for my property line even though it had already been mowed a handful of times. Also, they’re supposed to be weed eating, but never seem to weed eat. We have more of a country yard, all I have to do is take a weedeater around the house and around a few of the drain pipes. Not difficult, but not done. Honestly, if I could write more about the experience here, I would, but I don’t want to give them any more of my time. If I could put zero stars, I would. Also, check them on the Better Business Bureau site. Wish I would have.

Michael did an amazing job on my lawn! He was punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The grass was cut evenly, the edges were clean, and everything looked fresh and well-maintained. He even took time to clean up thoroughly afterward. I truly appreciate his hard work and care—my yard has never looked better. I’ll definitely be calling him again. Highly recommend to anyone!
