I didn't have any issues with the service, and the guy who cut my lawn, Brian, he was really nice when I had the chance to talk to him. Will use again when I need intermittent services, I only canceled it because I finally got my own equipment.

James from Blazin Scapes, did an excellent job. The lawn looks great. I travel a lot for work, and we live in an H.O.A., so it's a relief knowing it's cut and uniform. Recommend Blazin Scapes, Thanks James.

He is amazing- he cares about my flowers and landscaping and always closes the gates. He takes the extra time to make sure everything looks great. I can not ask for anything more! Literally, he makes the lawn look amazing!

i have not had any problems with lawn starters service. they have made my experience with receiving lawn service very comfortable with experienced pros who respect the way i ask them to mow the lawn. thank you

Predatory and shady!

There's a reason -- well many -- why LawnStarter has a "D" rating with the BBB, and is not accredited.

Do not sign up with LawnStarter.

They signed my elderly parent up for monthly services and proceeded to bill 2x/month, $55 each time, to mow a postage stamp lawn that only needs tending once every couple of months in the summer, and tried to keep servicing and billing through into December!

When we tried to cancel, they informed us they'd cease only after another "scheduled" lawn treatment.

Well, we put a stop to that via the credit card company.

Easy to set up the app. Very responsive on customer service. APL is easy to use. The trade partner communicated thru the app and was very responsive.

They came faster then expected and were super courteous. Can't beat the service.

This was our first time with LawnStarter and they did not disappoint. George arrived as scheduled. He mowed, edged and cleaned up our yard. It looks great. It is nice to have found a reliable Gardner that does such a great job.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this lawn service but I am very pleased. He did an excellent job and was extremely fast. Thank you again

Great job on landscaping. Ran through what I wanted the first session and then they came when they were scheduled next time and got everything done exactly how I wanted it without needing to be there. Very good service and Carl was extremely nice!

There was a wind storm a few days before our first service and a giant limb had fallen into our backyard. We contacted our land lord to get it fixed and they sent someone out to clear the limb the same day as out first service. Ironically enough the tree removal people showed up the same time that Edward did. It was a bit hectic for a moment but Edward navigated the whole situation with such grace. Both the front and back yard look great! He was even able to mow around the limb! Such an amazing first experience for us. If they are all like this we will be lifelong customers for sure!

My experience with LawnLove has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a new homeowner, I turned to their platform, trusting their promise of vetted professionals. Instead, I fell victim to a $1,200 scam that LawnLove seems unwilling to address.
Here's my horrendous experience:

Received a detailed quote through the app for a complete lawn renovation.
Paid $1,200 upfront, as requested.
On the service day, the contractor's number was incorrect.
All attempts to contact them through the app were dodged.
LawnLove marked the service as "completed" when nothing was done.
My account was suddenly locked when I tried to dispute.

The aftermath has been even worse:

A week of calling and messaging LawnLove with no resolution.
Constantly shuffled between different reps who can't help.
LawnLove refuses to remove the fraudulent provider or give me their contact info.
They're now washing their hands of the entire situation.

I'm out $1,200 with nothing to show for it. LawnLove's vetting process is clearly a sham, and their customer service is abysmal. They've abandoned a customer in need and seem content to let scammers operate on their platform.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Your lawn and your wallet will thank you. If you're looking for lawn care, find a local, reputable company instead. LawnLove has proven they can't be trusted with your money or your property.

Taken Advantage of and Disappointed.

I signed up with Lawn Starter for two of my properties. I was quoted one price for a mow on a Wednesday. They cancelled the mow due to rain, which only occurred in the evening, and rescheduled the mow for Saturday.

This is reasonable... HOWEVER, on Saturday, they were going to charge me MORE THAN TRIPLE what they quoted me on Wednesday because "the grass grew." MORE THAN TRIPLE the price! When I called customer service with my concern, they told me it was out of their control and there was nothing they could do about it.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. This business showed a complete lack of character, integrity, and good business ethic. Lawn Starter, I am completely disappointed in your company. More than TRIPLE the price in fewer than three days is unacceptable. You had no problem taking advantage of a customer.

I have pulled both of my properties from your service and will not recommend you.

Very nice and professional my lawn never looked better honestly. The ease and use of using the app with messaging and pictures to communicate, the gardeners knew exactly what to do. Wish I would have gone with them sooner.
