I contacted Lawyers4U after they were the top hit on a google search, and I never got with the 1st result incase of excessive fees

Start to finish from understanding my case, drew up all of the initial drafts, which I could not have done. Their level of work and service is so professional and I will now be using them if ever I need a lawyer and recommending them to anyone else who does too

Honest human response within minutes informed me that I don't actually need to use their service but provided a contact number of the court where I can have the CCJ removed if I pay it within 30 days and would not take any money from me

John was excellent from start to finish. I faced a difficult situation in which a company had incorrectly placed a CCJ against both me and my company. John assisted me in successfully having the CCJ removed and the claim set aside, and then went on to help prepare a comprehensive defence which ultimately resulted in the claim being dismissed.

Even after he had completed his service, he was able to advise me and help when they tried to settle it outside of court with me a week before the hearing which he had no obligation to do. I first got in touch with Lawyers4U in November last year after doing a credit check and discovering not one but two CCJs against my name for unpaid parking fines that I had no knowledge of ever having received. This really came as a huge shock and was going to affect my ability to borrow money to remortgage and buy a new property. John is professional and knowledgable in all things CCJs. He was clear and helpful in explaining the process step by step. He was honest re my chances of success and instilled me with confidence to proceed with his support. John was thorough and prompt with his side of paperwork and processing keeping me up to date throughout. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the courts and I have endured significant delays with them due to one of my applications getting ‘lost’ but finally almost a year on from starting this process I have both CCJs set aside and removed from my file so I can now move forward and this has all been possible with thanks to John.

John was absolutely amazing and got a CCJ that has been incorrectly issued deleted from my files. John knew exactly what to do and after he received the paperwork on the case he quite literally took care of it all and got exactly the result i needed. As a new start up business this incorrectly issued CCJ could have been a massive problem obtaining credit and also losing supply chain credit. The CCJ was issued out of pure spite.
