Was very nervous about starting this whole process. Thankfully I had a understanding gentleman who put me at ease and helped me through with the details and information even though I kept asking him hundreds of questions. Thank you Gary for your patience.

I really cannot fault or thank William Cook enough for all the help and support he has provided. Coming out of an abusive controlling marriage i was left with a large amount of debt. I was so worried about how I would sort it being a single mum but William was so polite friendly and helpful he really made me feel at ease and worked with me to find the best solution which was an IVA. I feel like a whole weight has been lifted off my shoulders now and can look forward to a much better future with my children where I will be debt free in 5 years and over £11,000 will be written off and a single monthly payment that is realistic and affordableI cannot recommend William or the company enough. They are so friendly, honest and not pushy at all unlike alot of companies,which is one thing I was worried about before sorting my debts.

I spoke with Gary he was very helpful and gave me all the advice I needed and although he couldn't set me up on a program he gave me the advice and number of step change to help me and also reassured me that if I needed anymore advice to just give him a message .I could fault this company enough not pushy and try to push you into things that I don't need
