I bought my husband a pair of Columbus slippers, back in September 2025. After about 3 - 4 months, the sole was coming away from the base of the slippers. The rubber material under the sole started to crumble on both slippers, leaving a constant trail of back rubber bits on the carpet. I emailed Lazy Dogz on 5 March, including photos. I haven’t received the curtesy of a reply. Last week I took them back to the store I bought them from and they immediately refunded the cost.
I know that retail business is hard these days so I cannot understand a company choosing to ignore customer complaints. Very short sighted! Needless to say I will not be buying Lazy Dogz products ever again and would not recommend them.
