A hidden gem
I found LB world by chance and they had just what I wanted at very keen prices. My parcel arrived three days after ordering. They passed the first impressions test with flying colours. I shall be back!

Shouldn't be allowed to order 2 if order not going to be fulfilled
Was really pleased to find somewhere that supplies the Aramis deodorant stick that isnt the antiperspirant. I ordered 2 to stock up. The order eas accepted then a couple of days later i was advised that I could only have one of the sticks and I would be refunded for one of the sticks - which has gone through. However no postage was refunded which means I will have to pay full postage again to get a second stick

Ordered two phytospecific hair scalp…
Ordered two phytospecific hair scalp via amazon, recieved only 1. Contacted several time via amazon no reply, had to escalate matter. If these bunch of thieves think they can get away with stealing, think again. I also think the company has cash flow problems where they take money with no items sent, but take equally long to refund. I left a review in amazon and here as a warning. I will get my refund even if it means driving to Kent.

At the moment my experience with this company is rock bottom. I have emailed to ask where my order is and no response. Also tried calling the contact number which seems to be an unmanned voip service where no one answers. I placed my order on the 1st of November and have had money taken and zero contact from the (Company) Apart from an email or the 2nd of Nov saying my order is complete. I can assure you it isn't. If there is zero contact I will need to persure another avenue to either fulfil my order or get money back as now reading the other reviews I'm not the only person to be taken in and not had the products fulfilled after payment

Very incorrect. I pay for 150 ml. Calvin Klein and I receive from 100 ml. I wrote to the company but nobody paid attention to me. Of all the work, I am deceived.

Out of stock, but took payment
I ordered a bottle of CR7 for my youngest son who is a crazy Ronaldo fan, The order went through, I received my order confirmation email. Then 2 days later I received another email informing me that the item I purchased was out of stock and that’s okay things like this happens. My concern is the day I received that email is the day the money was taken for the product then I had to wait for a refund, a bit annoying.
