Courtesy car arranged with LCH via BMW Assist. Delivered by Paulo this morning - car is in great condition and Paulo was very friendly and helpful. Communication from LCH office was also very efficient.

Had an issue with my polestar which needed to go west london volvo for servicing etc.
Gavin met me at the dealers with the car and even waited there as I was running late.

So far so good
So far so good. Was told this morning that BMW would be keeping my car for the foreseeable future. Tony at LCH had delivered me a lovely replacement car by lunch time. Talked me through it all and was very professional. Hopefully the rest of the rental goes well and ends well!

Superb company with excellent customer service …
Excellent communication and understanding of my needs for a vehicle to be delivered urgently.
The personal checks were made easy with step by step guidance on what I needed to provide and how. Was an easy and smooth transaction with super helpful and very pleasant staff.
Gavin delivered my vehicle and was prompt and maintained contact throughout his journey. He was very patient and helpful showing me round the vehicle and how to use the functions. He was really enthusiastic and it was obvious he enjoys his job. A credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LCH!!
