Great service overall. Always available, great info provided, car was brand new with great spec. Car delivery was done very fast and Alex was extra supportive and considerate. I will use them again.

Excellent service, driver very professional and a lovely car
My 18 month old BMW iX had a complete failure when I was 120 miles from home. BMW assistance took me to the absolute worst dealership I have experienced. We were pretty fed up. Then LCH were hired by BMW to provide a courtesy car. It was just a genuine relief. The customer service was brilliant. Very responsive by email. A black BMW iX was delivered to us and we got home. My own car languished for two weeks in the dealership but we were able to keep the replacement. After my car was delivered back to me for some reason, despite them checking the postcode for my home address BMW terminated the hire 120 miles away where we had picked the car up from. This meant when the poor driver from LCH rang to say he was about to get on a train in Guildford and would be with us in 30 mins we had to break it to him that we lived in mid wales!
LCH were straight on it and despite cancelled trains the intrepid driver made it to us by uber from Newport. Handover was smooth and efficient. An absolutely first class experience. Unlike the BMW dealership!!

Be cautious this company damaged the wheel of the hire car and is trying to charge me!
See the images of the wheel image I took at drop off and the image they have sent me. See for yourself. Note the surface car was parked on in one image and in the other. So not the same location!
Telling me my evidence is inconclusive!

Just looked at the other 1 star reviews- please read them, this is a common tactic it seems. I'm wondering if they have other cars and the damage may have even been from on of them. Fraudulent activity.

Please be assured that we conduct thorough inspections of all vehicles upon both delivery and collection following each rental. Any existing damage is carefully documented on a vehicle blueprint, which is included in the rental agreement and signed by customers at the time of vehicle handover. This is a standard industry practice to ensure transparency.
In the event of damage being identified upon collection, we follow our established procedures which involves noting down any damage with supporting photographs and invoicing accordingly for the vehicles repair.
