Exceptional Service from Megan Bishop
I recently required warranty work on my BMW 7 Series on three separate occasions over the past few months, and during this time, I was provided with a replacement vehicle through LCH. While the overall service from the company was excellent, I must highlight the exceptional assistance I received from Megan Bishop.
Megan went above and beyond to ensure the replacement vehicle was truly like-for-like, understanding the importance of this for my work as a chauffeur. Her efficiency was remarkable and she ensured all documentation was completed and my onboarding with my chauffeuring platform was sorted before I even received the vehicle on all three occasions. This level of service ensured I didn’t lose any income, which I truly appreciate.
I cannot thank Megan enough for her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. This was, without a doubt, the best customer service experience I have ever received. If all customer service interactions were like this, the world would indeed be a better place. Thank you so much, Megan!

Premier service from start to finish made a fault with my car much easier to manage. Great communication and service from James who went out of his way to ensure I was kept informed and understood the details of the hire agreement and condition of the car. Why aren’t all hire companies like this?

Just received my courtesy car through BMW road assistance - very pleased with the service so far!
Arrived on time as arranged with great communication throughout.
The vehicle is beautiful with top specification on the interior and exterior.

2 hire cars from LCH recently.
I have used LCH twice recently due to issues with my Polestar 3.
Both hire cars were delivered on time and were immaculate.
Steven H was professional and very helpful on both occasions.
I would recommend LCH as they take the stress out receiving a courtesy car from Polestar.
