company is pretty explicitly transphobic, theres no humor here the joke is literally "trans person > look of disdain > move on to ad".
you can see within the comment section that its literally filled with bigotry that hasn't been removed. It's not like trans people can't be joked about, but if the joke is literally "this is gross" and then the comments are left to fester I'm not sure this is the kind of company I'd want to give business to. The company clearly makes a pattern of using offensive content to draw attention to themselves for advertisement purposes, avoid working with them.

Looks Great on Social Media, Terrible at Communication
Like a lot of people, I heard about LC Sign from Tony’s funny videos, so I figured I’d give them a shot. We were looking to get a very large LED sign made for our office — around a $10,000 order — so this wasn’t some tiny inquiry.
After going on their website and messaging them on WhatsApp, the communication was awful. Not just slow… I’m talking days, sometimes over a week, just to get a response. And half the time, no response at all. Honestly, it’s the worst communication I’ve ever experienced with any business we’ve dealt with in China, which really surprised me.
It feels like they make so much money that they just don’t care about getting all the business they can. Eventually, we gave up, found another supplier in China, and placed our order elsewhere.
Too bad we couldn’t try LC Sign — but to this day, we still haven’t gotten a response back from them on WhatsApp lol.

Good First Experience, Terrible Second One
Originally, I had a great experience with my first order from LC Sign. So, I placed a second order for another piece in the same colors. Unfortunately, the new item arrived in a noticeably different color and didn’t match at all, making it unusable. When I raised the issue, they suggested that my original piece might have faded (even though it hadn’t) and it was less than a year old.
When I asked for a reprint, I was told the color difference was “the best they could do,” and no refund was offered. I eventually pushed for a partial refund and was told I would receive 40%, but they never processed it. It has now been seven months, and I’m still waiting.
It’s disappointing to go from a positive first experience to such poor follow‑up and lack of accountability. I no longer trust this company and cannot recommend them.
