I used the service at two locations. They were quick in responding to these orders as to delivery dates, though a bit expensive. Agreed with customer service that driver would call one hour before delivery in order confirm dumpster positioning. First time, the driver called when he arrived at site. Second time, no call; just found dumpster sitting there - in not-preferred location.

Then, a week to two weeks later, I was charged over-tonnage fees - one was $93 and second $120. These were dumpster-level loads with household or construction materials (mostly lumber, paneling, etc).

Poor communication, charged tax on 3 invoices despite providing a tax exempt form, (twice) and will not respond to me about crediting it back even though they have credited 2 invoices already for tax. Asked to pick dumpster up and they said 1-4 days. 2 weeks later it was still sitting there. I had to call the actual dumpster company it was from to pick it up. Also, as others stated I was charged additional tonnage on 2 of the 3 dumpsters we had with them. Do not recommend unless you like being frustrated.

Ordered a 30y dumpster for seven days. On the the seventh day called to have them pick up the dumpster, that was a Friday. Did not come to retrieve the dumpster until Monday morning at 7:30am Driver was unable to pick up the dumpster because a neighbor parked legally across the street. Before I could rectify the situation the driver left charging me a dry run. Very unprofessional. Without for the hidden fees.

Very bad experience, hired them for a dumpster they charged me $750 got 3 yards after 2 weeks they charged my American Express card another $187 when I called they said it’s extra tons what a ripoff? Stay away from this company never ever try again

Today I am speaking about Tonya Sherrill. I had a conversation this morning with this very pleasant employee with LDR about confusion I had about our account. Tonya was a breath of fresh air when I was speaking to her as she was explaining to me in such a positive and energetic way she has about herself. She truly is a dynamic employee to have and definitely shows her maturity and respect for customers.

LDR were charging $300.00 a month. Local companies charge $100.00 per month for the porta potty. They are a third party co taking advantage of the local companies. They are unprofessional, unreliable and are highly priced. They are a rip off.

I ordered a port-a-potty weeks in advance of needing it. It was delivered to the wrong address. After several days of phone calls it was delivered to the correct address but not what we had ordered. After several more days of calls and guarantees it would be delivered it never was. I had paid in advance for 14 days. On the 10th day I was fed up and cancelled the service as it was never provided. I demanded a full refund. I made over 50 phone calls over those 10 days. Often my calls were never returned. Now, a week later they still have yet to pick up the wrong item they delivered to my business. This is by far one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

They didn’t deliver the dumpster, but they didn’t mind charging me $150 to do nothing. When I called to demand my money, they hung up on me. Avoid this company unless you enjoy frustration and having your money stolen.

The worst dumpster company I've ever worked with. Sent invoices that stated "no additional fees". Once we were finished with the dumpster, I received additional fees for 3 separate swaps with no dates or backup info showing the additional tonnage totaling $1139.49. No one there could give an explanation and wouldn't return my phone calls. Beware!!!!

They were awful. Didn't call with an ETA. After calling to find out where dumpster was they thought it was already delivered then gave an hour out time frame. Never showed, called again, nobody had answers, said they would call back, never did. Delivered late, wasted a whole day. We chose them because of next day delivery. Horrible ran company enough to where I'm leaving a review. No compensation, apologies, communication. Leaving a 1 star minus 1. Thank you for adding more stress and bs while dealing with our moms death.

They are very quick to charge your credit card, but very slow with picking up dumpsters and portable potty units when you tell them you're done. Then they continue to charge you swap fees and dry run fees even after units have been removed from site for weeks. When you call their customer service they give you the run around and transfer you to accounts dept which ends up being just a voice mail.

There was a water main break on the block where my company is located. We have over 70 employees that work inside during the day and needed portable potties for a few hours as we had no water or working rest rooms. We were charged a premium price for the urgent need and promised the potties would be there immediately. They showed up three hours later, did not offer any type of discount and no apology. The water was back on less then two hours later. This was completely unacceptable. We will never use them or refer them again.

I would like to thank Yolanda once again for such a remarkable Customer Service Representative. I was constantly impressed by her performance, during our telephone conversation. She also has such remarkable talents and skills to fuel our mutual efforts. I appreciate her consideration, guidance, and patience with me. My sincere appreciation, gratitude, and thank you once again.

Excellent customer service and always available to help when my company is in a pinch

I ordered a 20 yard dumpster but they brought out a smaller dumpster that was not feasible for the use intended. They brought out another one but that was also too small. Yet they charged my company for two dumpsters when if they had brought out the correct size I would only been charged one time and they wouldn’t had to bring out another dumpster in order to charge another fee. I will never use this company again as they are rip offs. Do not use this company.
