I can only recommend.

I loved the handwritten note from Diana and the way plant was packed. :) There was a small problem with the plant during the delivery but as soon as I let her know about it, Diana handled it in a fair way.
I would definitely order again and would encourage others to do the same. :)

Fast delivery, plant exactly as promised. Care instructions were not as detailed as expected but manageable overall. Personal note is a cute touch. Will consider purchasing again.

3 of the 4 plants I ordered (the pet friendly pack) arrived in a very bad shape. I waited to give my review as I expected the improve with some days and water but was not the case. I invested almost 100 euros and don't think it worth it

The service was excellent and Diana was very helpful in troubleshooting some problems with delivery. And the plants are lovely!

Fast and smart shipping, loved the plastic free yet effective packaging - my Anthurium arrived unharmed and healthy; I would happily order from Leafy Life again anytime!

I ordered two plant sets: the pink colourful and one beginner friendly set. I am completely happy with the Beginner Friendly Set - they arrived the travel and I have not had any issues with it. The pink set (colourful box) was the one I was having issues with - the Calathea Roseopicta Rosy came with multiple leafs broken off - the Pink Begonia Rex came with half the plant withered, dried out or smushed in. Both plants have not really survived the delivery in full - which is not my issue. I sent an e-mail to customer service and heard back immediately (asking for pictures). The e-mail I sent back with the pictures attached was never responded to.
I know that delivery is hard especially since the carriers seem to not care about 'fragile' stickers at all - I am, however, a little bit disappointed in the customer service.

edit: Customer Service swiftly responded to my review, letting me know that my reply has gotten lost in the mail and I just resend it. We'll figure it out from here on ;)

UPDATE: Customer Service was very helpful, offered a refund based on the pictures I sent and sent along some plant care tips to try and save what's left to save. Absolute recommendation and a personal 'Thank you' to Diana

I've tried many online plant shops, but leafy life is the only shop I will (and have) ordered again and again and again. All the plants are excellent quality, come healthy and well packed in eco-friendly packaging. Even when I ordered back in January, they came without any cold damage even though it was freezing.

All my plants from leafy life still thrive months later, they are happy and growing thanks to the detailed care instructions given.

To me the best thing about ordering from leafy life is the personal touch. Whenever I had questions about any of my houseplants, I just shoot a quick message to Diana on Instagram and received very detailed and helpful feedback from her almost immediately. Very glad I found this shop and I will order again (and again, and again, and again...)

I received 2 packages, the trailing plants and the stranger plants, and I am very happy choosing these boxes. Beautiful plants in good shape and size.
Only the delivery with dpd was not very carfully, but the plants were packed very well, so it was ok.

Love my new plants. I received my order after just 3 days, they were packed so carefully so they didn't have a single scratch. They came with a super sweet, handwritten card from Diana, the plant-mom 😊 will order again soon!

I ordered some Baby plants for my mum who is very sick at the Moment to bring her some Joy. The package arrived in time and the Handwritten Letter Made me smile. All baby plants in good shape and nicely wrapped to stay safe during the Trip.

My experience with Leafy life was great. The plants came safe and sound to my doorstep and are beautiful. Also I love the little plant stickers that came free with each order. Ordered twice here.

All was great, the plants made it ok, they were alive and well, great packaging, cute little card and all the only little problem was mostly the delivery which the box was not placed upright but sideways when I found it in front of my door.

Perhaps during transit it maybe tumbled as well, as most plants where OK but for one of them I had to pick up all the dirt and replant it, it was a bit of a dirt mess. But as I repeat, it was mostly a transit issue and I understand that transporting plants is not an easy thing to do. Other than that all was well and the order brought cute little stickers in the envelope that I did not expect.

One of my plants even has longer roots so I will have to move it to a larger planter, so that is exiting. :)
