Delicious, easy to follow recipes and very affordable! Love it!

Love the recipes - delicious and very easy to stick to. Love the philosophy behind the guides (not dieting, but a lifestyle). My only suggestion would be that it would be GREAT if you could customize your own meal plan and shopping list by clicking something like “add to this week’s meal plan” and then it automatically lists the ingredients in your shopping list. Overall it’s very user friendly and my hubby and I love the food!!

I own every single ebook, paperback & program Leah (and Mitch) has ever created. Although I have made some incredible meals & learned countless things about fuelling your body, Bare Lean has been the one that completely transformed my relationship with food, my view of my body and my negative mindset. When not following BL 100%, I still apply all BARE principles to my lifestyle and food choices and I haven't felt this good about myself in years. The meals are quick and easy to make with plenty of options that are able to be frozen/meal prepped and the extra resources you are given are so helpful. Although I have lost weight and that is great, the fact that my mental health and my ability to accept myself as I am has flourished is the most important thing to me. Thank you Leah & Mitch. I highly recommend anything they put out into the world - all day everyday, forever.

Very happy with the water bottle. Perfect size spout to drink out of or pouring into a glass. It doesn’t smell like plastic bottles and doesn’t leak.

The BARE Guides have helped me regain a healthy relationship with food. I’m no longer declaring food as ‘bad’ foods, because it’s healthy to have everything in moderation. During the recent 6 week challenge, my mental health improved, my stress levels decreased and I had more energy than I’ve ever had before. I highly recommend the BARE Guides!

Bottle is great kept my water cold all day only thing I would change is make it have a strap that makes it’s easier to hold

I love the recipes from all the BARE guides, including the latest BARE Pregnancy. The recipes are easy to make, perfect for meal planning, family friendly and very very delish!! I never used any cookbook as much as the Bare Guides.

This is the guide I never knew I needed! It is my third bare guide and as usual it’s full of great recipes and information that makes sense. The thing I love the most about the bare guides and Leah is the trust factor. I was looking at other pregnancy guides but I felt that Leah would put together something easy to read, evidence based and practical and it was so right on!

Going for an embryo transfer today and if all goes well I’m excited to get stuck into the pregnancy bare. I’ll be using it regardless but it’s exciting it’s catering for fertility and pregnancy

I am really enjoying BARE Pregnancy. I am in the 3rd Trimester and the bulk meals are so far amazing. Our freezer will be stocked for us after bubba's birth. Thank you for creating this amazing product at a great price!

It took me months to purchase Bare Lean - I was worried I’d be wasting my money. When I finally took the plunge I wasn’t disappointed!! First week I ended up buying more than I’d thought - guess this is what you get when you change what you eat normally- I worried my food bill would start being too expensive but by the third week of staple building I’ve found ta reduction in cost quite dramatically. I look forward to more meal prep, freezer tips and trying more recipes! Only thing is now I’m wondering if I should get another guide!
Bonus - this has helped me get veggies onto the plate of my picky-veg-eater partner!

Love almost everything about the apron except I was surprised by amount of distressed fabric on the apron front. I knew it was faded denim but didn’t expect the worn holes in the fabric like a pair of jeans with worn out knees.

But the rest of the apron is fabulous. Great size, adjustable neck tab, color, pockets are perfect!

Received my on sale drink bottle within days and I love it. I love everything Leah and Yes Pls.

The recipes look great however I'm disappointed to see no macro, calorie or nutritional info breakdown after having paid for the meal plan. I am undergoing fertility treatment and this is an essential component even for my weightloss. I'd like to have accountability when swapping around meals or making substitutions even if I have a social outing to know what My meals allow. Not sure how I will go without this structure.
