Great Bottle - Small Improvements
The water bottle itself is a good size, there could be a few improvements though for the next batch. Mine came with a small scratch on it and the word 'BARE' isn't straight. I know they are small things but for the price being $50, I think the quality control could be better.

Absolutely love my water bottle! (May or may not have both now 😉) but the quality is always top notch, the colour is beautiful, it’s light weight but you know it’ll still keep your water cold! And it definitely fits in the car drink holder :)

Disappointed with the bottle
Disappointed with the bottle. I spent $50 + postage on a water bottle purely because it states that it fits in standard car cup holders. It doesn't fit in either of our cars. We have a Mazda3 and a Toyota Prado. I expect it should fit in a big car. Would not recommend buying if this is the reason for buying. Apart from this, the quality and delivery were sound.

Sorry for any disappointment!
We tested the fit of these bottles on different car models and found overall this fit in the cupholder. As this is a 1L sized bottle, it will potentially be a little snug in the holder, as it's larger than the usual water bottle size people typically put in their car cupholders. I'm so sorry however if this hasn't fit in your cars! I'm glad you're happy with the quality of the bottle.

Not a day goes by that I don’t check in with Leah’s Instagram stories, which are generally followed by my partner yelling “good morning” from the next room! The BARE guides have been amazing to clear our minds of bad relationships with food, and just enjoy everything (in moderation ;)). I love that all the guess-work has been removed, and you can just select a recipe and go!

Hi Leah, I have recently joined the bare community and just wanted to say I am really enjoying the healthy recipes and the concept of adding more nutrition to meals rather than restrictions. My new favourite apron
The Leah Itsines apron is so amazing. The quality of the denim is great. The detailing is wonderful. It’s a nice wide apron with good coverage. The adjustable neck allows you to make it fit perfectly.

When I bought it the guide i was under…
When I bought it the guide i was under the impression that we could set goal weights etc and that the recipes and portion sizes would be tailored to that. I also thought that there was a shopping list builder based on the recipes picked for that week - but it’s not it’s just a weekly meal template that you could get from anywhere really. So in my honest opinion this wasn’t worth $120 (you really just get recipes that are based on your current metrics and portioned for 1 person).

The guide and recipes are designed to lose weight over time (i.e our dieititan has set a weight loss factor for you within the recipes to facilitate healthy weight loss) so that it's something you can use over time, instead of until you reach a certain weight. This is to facilitate healthy, sustainable weight loss (rather than something quick or unsustainable).
The recipes are portioned based off your details, which we then input into the harris Benedict formula and then our dietitian scales up or down the recipes to suit your exact needs. The recipes have been portioned to the above calorie range, so no matter what you choose (breakfast, 2 mains, 1 snack) you will fall within this range. For example, you could choose latte oats, a chicken sandwich, carbonara and a slice of birthday cake slice and fall under the range given. On another day you could choose completely different meals and still fall under that range. Which is awesome so you don't need to worry about going over, as we've calculated each recipe for you. As well as this, each recipe has a range of macronutrients so you know you are having a realistic balance of everything. So for this, ALL your recipes have been portioned for YOU.
As well as this, your guide can be updated (i.e more or less calories) after 12 weeks of check ins and depending on progress, this can change your guide to continue assisting you for healthy weight loss. This can be done as many times as you like - it's a lifetime program to use! :)
Unfortunately at the moment we don't have the capabilities to create populated shopping lists via the recipe pages, but we are in the development at the moment for this - we completely understand it would be an amazing feature, it's just a tech issue for right this minute.
