Friendly, helpful & very informative

Spoke to Tan at leak tracers direct and his customer service was 10/10 and he was super helpful. I got the help I needed and I can honestly recommend this company, as the staff are highly knowledgeable and get you on the right direction. It was a great experience dealing with Tan and Leak Tracers Direct.

I had a very positive experience with Leak tracers Direct after learning of a non-visible leak on my property. They have been extremely helpful from the start, with very clear communication and timely appointments. When carrying out inspections, they were very professional and thorough, being able to trace the leak in less than 2 hours and set in motion the process to fix it.

I am an overseas landlord. My tenant’s ceiling collapsed from a bath-mixer leak. APC ran the claim, arranged drying and full restoration, and managed it all while keeping me informed remotely. Couldn’t have done it without them.

The leak engineer Yany was meticulous at finding my leak using all types of technology and devices to verify his findings . He then returned to intrusively access and expose the leak so it could be stopped. Then they claims team (Tom and Abhi) dealt with my insurance and got the building repairs sorted. Seamless and pain free service .

was helpful initially when trying to get the business however 3rd party company used to trace and detect leaks were abysmal. Yanas who came was rude and unhelpful had to insist to look at areas to trace the leak - when giving feedback after the first visit he then challenged me during my second visit and made me feel extremely uneasy in my own home!
when asbestos was discovered they dropped any further help like a ton of bricks and never heard from them again.

We feel we have been totally and utterly ripped off. The first issue with this company is that you get fantastic service from Leak Detection to book in the job, but this gets out-sourced to another company (one man band in our case) who charge obscene amounts for doing very, little.

We had a leak under the ground floor which our plumber was 99% sure of so we asked if this company could locate the leak, the reply being that they use all 'cutting edge' tech and methods to locate any leak and subsequently move forward to fixing it.

the 'engineer' who came to us was 45 minutes late and stayed for a short time, most of this time he was here was spent chatting about his theories rather than actually doing anything.

For any families or people feeling the pinch I would strongly advise steering clear of this company and use a good plumber. We went down this route and the plumber found the leak within a shorter timeframe and for far less.

There's a smoke and mirrors approach being deployed here; they specialise in elongating the process to eke out the charges they can subsequently charge on the guise that they're experts at recouping the cash for you through their claims team.
