I used to come across CCH while scrolling Instagram but didn't pay much attention to it. I used to see the reels but dismissed it thinking it is similar to so many other people posting it. But one day, out of nowhere, a random thought struck me, why not attend the masterclass and see what the content is all about. I regret not seeing it earlier because the content is very informative and just what I wanted to hear when I was really stuck in my life. Satyam sir understands what women go through, where they are stuck and exactly gives the remedial solution. I joined on Jun 20th and I can already see some changes in me, be it lifestyle or being proactive or even upskilling myself. Its been 20 days that I have joined the program. I really liked the energy of this community and the structure that the program is framed so that each one of us can feel that we are already working and growing not only professionally but also personally . The Code of Honour and three spheres of Environment, Action, Momentum stands out .Weekly inner circle calls are very helpful to refresh and regain and take action on our goals. I have joined career comback program with Satyam. Its a good place for all the warriors. We get to interact with fellow warriors and also learn from their success stories. I feels like we are not alone and every success stories gives me hope for a better future. In the exercise that was done today, it was beautiful as I stopped procrastinating and started implementing. Also I know what my goals are but still I am a little confused on how to achieve them. The rating is based on the 1st day of bootcamp. Will update as the bootcamp is completed based on the experience and clarity.

I have been a part of the CCH cohort since April 2025 and this is my first bootcamp session that I attended. I had seen screenshots and pictures being shared on the Whatsapp Group when the earlier bootcamp sessions were going on and it piqued my interest and hence was looking forward to attend the bootcamp. Today's session was Day 1 and within the 2 hours that I attended I had taken more actions towards my career comeback than I had taken since the past 90 days. Things that were already in my mind were written down by me today which gave me more clarity. Looking forward to the session tomorrow and the day after. I would have definitely leaped a lot forward by the end of these 10 productive efficient hours. Additionally, I am glad that I am part of a group of women across locations who are working towards a clearer successful come-back journey.
