I had a very positive experience with this dispatch training course. The lessons are clear, well organized, and easy to understand. I especially appreciated the real-life scenarios and quizzes because they helped me understand how to evaluate loads, calculate rates, consider distance, weight, pickup and delivery times, and make better dispatching decisions. The course provides useful and practical information for anyone interested in learning truck dispatching. I originally took the course some time ago and recently reviewed it again, and I still found the material very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn or refresh their knowledge of truck dispatching.

Very logical and in-depth course! I personally got the extended version because I prefer a bit more detail and I completed it in 10 days to my own surprise. Only had to redo one or two questions on the smaller quizzes so I could feel confident for the main one where I got 100% the first time. Now I’m searching for carriers and going up to truckstops to talk to the truckers with confidence!

Overall, a great learning experience for those starting out as a dispatcher in general! Myself included! I've been a truck driver for 19 years so, I know a bit about the industry. Dispatching though is a different world, and ive got a taste of that world.
I took this training course to prepare myself to hopefully become an independent dispatcher.
Its only begun, lots more to learn! Bottom line, great training course for anybody wanting to become a successful dispatcher!!

Absolutely easy to understand

I love that you have unlimited access to courses.

This was a great course! I was able to do it on my own time frame and come back to previous courses if needed. It was really easy to follow, some sections had quizzes afterwards to recap what you just learned. I went back and retook those quizzes in preparation for the final quiz. I came into the course knowing absolutely nothing and finished it feeling confident to run my own dispatch business. I was able to finish the course in a month; it was very user friendly, easy to follow and has a lot of resources to save and come back to! I highly recommend taking this course!

This course was so easy to understand. And every single topic was not only taught but explained so you could get a better understanding. Questions were answered right away. It feels like you’re in the classroom with an instructor.

Single Mom to a two year old and this course was self-paced so that I could balance studying and note-taking with being a Mom. It was a great refresher in several aspects as I used to be a driver, but parenthood has set me back from returning to a driver position. With the skills I had as a driver and now with the knowledge from this course, I am North Carolina's newest Independent Dispatcher with my own LLC. The assistance that is provided between downloadable examples, excel formulas, and links to future load boards, gives a new dispatcher little reason to be fearful of starting their own company.

This course was extensive though and took me a couple of weeks to complete. You may find it easier to complete if there are lesser distractions in your home environment but even so, I was able to see what it would be like to try and divide my time between my child and the dispatching course and I will be just fine. I'm ready to find clients and start dispatching!
