CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION …
I completed CREATIVE THINKING AND INNOVATION by Learndrive on Reed courses on 30 July, 2022 and i got my certificate of completion.
But this certificate can not be found on my Reed courses portal. It is free course and i have downloaded the certificate but there is no means for recruiter to verify this certificate.
Please Learndrive should help me resolve this issue.
I want this certificate of completion to appear on my Reed courses portal so that it will be easy to verify that i completed this course.

Informative but narrative was not clear enough for me
The course was informative but did not like the way some of it was set out .. quite complicated at times .. and a lot of repeating all though this was good to review .. and stay in my head! Down side i could not understand most of the dialect of the person with obviously a non English accent .. my hearing is not great/hearing impaired but the person doing the narrative did not speak clearly enough for me .. I had to type out the whole diploma course and read it at my own pace .. also no exam at the end it just gave me the diploma certificate.. which I was quite suprised about .. I hv studied courses through Reed that I found much better set out

Not a fan of the AI Voice
Content was good, but the course was an AI voice with an accent that I felt quite hard to understand who mispronounced words. Since they chose to use an AI voice I am not sure why they chose one which had a strong non-native English speaking accent. It was really hard work and painful trying to understand the robotic accent and it really distracted me from the course content. Also there are grammatical errors in the course. (the one I took was Safeguarding)
