Unclear and inconsistent hiring process
I applied for the Product Designer II, Assistant role. After a short time, I received a rejection stating that another candidate had been selected. However, the position remained publicly listed as “open” on the company’s Careers page even after the rejection.
This inconsistency raises questions about the transparency of the hiring process. From a candidate perspective, it gives the impression that the posting may not reflect an active, genuinely open role. Clear communication and accurate job postings would significantly improve the candidate experience.
