I received a phone call & an email less than 12 hours of putting in general enquiry about a course for my son. I honestly couldn't believe how helpful & knowledgeable Aidan, one of their career coaches was. Every query I had was answered & more. We were sent all the information & needless to say, the course is now booked & my son cannot wait to start!

I've recently completed a course with learning Cloud and I can only say positive things. The staff at leaning cloud are incredibly professional and informative and are willing to go the extra mile to assist you with your course, any queries etc. The course content is very accessible,easily manageable if you have a busy schedule and straight forward. The course certificates are widely recognised which is beneficial to anyone looking to update their CV or perhaps change their careers. I highly recommend this platform and I'll be doing more courses.

After being told that the arborist course will give me ISA recognised cert. and paying almost €1700, i received a 600hr cert. of completion. When contacting ISA, they recognised this cert. as not enough for further study nor applying for employment. This type of course cant be online based, because it requires work experience, so i basically wasted this money and my time, course content is almost equivalent to a lower level horticulture cert. which i already have.

I recently completed their psychopharmacology course, with easy to follow course material and friendly staff and helpful guidance. If you're looking for somewhere to help learn a new skill this would be it.

The tutor was absolutely awesome, pointing me in the right direction when I first didn't know how to do some things. I got the greatest support from everyone at Learning Cloud. Thank you so much. I hope to be back for more future learning.

I recently completed the tourism 11 course with learning cloud and I really enjoyed the learning experience from start to finish.
I dealt with Darryl on the enrolment process and everything was explained throughly from Daryll on the process and installment plan.
The course tutors were also very helpful and explained exactly what was needed to pass each stage in the course.
I would highly recommend learning cloud as I had never done anything like this before and found the course self explanatory

I thought it was a recognised course but when I spoke to the woman over the INS course she informed me it wasn’t. It was a good course to refresh my mind of things I learned on the job but all round I don’t believe it was worth €800

My name is Amit, i have recently pursued Sports Turf Management course from Learning Cloud, Ireland. My personal experience of taking guidance and learning from this esteemed institutions is remarkable. After completing each unit through out the course I gained better knowledge about the turf Maintainance because of the correct support from the faculty. From the day of counselling till course completion everything proved very knowledgeable and correct as I expected.

Very helpful team from first getting into contact all the way to the end of my modules. Very informative staff couldn't say enough good things, especially who I dealt with Aidan and Tracey so thankful for all you help and guidance!

5 stars for the customer service and availability of courses. I can not recommend Filomena enough! She was brilliant helped me pick my course and was so fun to talk to. She gave me the confidence to get started on my animal health care course! Cant wait to get started on my course now!!

Easy to understand, great notes that gave me a proper understanding of the course. Staff member, Tracy, was amazing at helping and correcting efficiently. Kayleigh helped so much, made booking easy and very easy to talk to. Received certificate on time and in perfect condition.

I found my interaction with Daryl to be professional and very welcoming. He was very helpful and answered my questions to the highest level. Every detail was well explained and every aspect of this course was covered by phonecall and emails later.

Everyone I dealt with at learning cloud was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Always willing to assist and offer whatever advice was needed. The course layout was nice and simple which also helped and I will definitely study through them again in the future.

Daryl was extremely informative professional, and very friendly. He contacted me with all of the information about the online crisis counseling course I was interested in within 10 minutes of me filling out the online brochure request.

He also conducted a short interview to see if the course would be a good suit for me and my future goals.

I will definitely be doing this online course in the future, and I would recommend this course to anyone looking for an online crisis counseling course that you can do at your own pace with online support throughout the course.

The information available on the website was clear and concise, in introducing the structure and methods used by Learning Cloud. To complement the online information, I was able to talk, by phone, to a local member of the team - prior to committing to start a course. This provided a great opportunity to ask questions and express concerns, all of which were addressed in a professional and expert fashion.

I would highly recommend Learning Cloud to anyone considering upskilling and expanding their knowledge base. The combination of online reading and practical activities (where applicable) makes the overall experience enjoyable and rewardable.

Daryl was attentive to what I wanted he gave great advice was friendly supportive and encouraging. I am looking forward to starting this in January. He made signing up for this very easy and was totally professional

Avoid like the plague!! Awful accounts department. As someone with Audhd I have had an awful experience with learning cloud. Zero understanding, accommodations and compassion around disabilities. Accounts are a nightmare to chase up. Sales pitch and ploy to vulnerable people. Avoid, there are so many other more reliable and compassionate online means to study! I had a medical cert as to why I couldn’t start the course. I didn’t even correspond to any of the teaching faculty about the course other than the sales pitch initial one and emailed accounts for refund so I cannot comprehend why keeping that large sum for admin? What admin. All I received was a welcome generic email that’s it. Robbery and a disgrace!! Also, they quickly responded to this review yet take days to reply to any emails and I still haven’t received any refund yet.

Really good and informative conversation

This week I signed up with Learningcloud for an online training course. The enrolment process was so quick and easy. Darryl was excellent to deal with. He provided a great insight into the course content and signing up couldn't have been simpler. If everyone at Learningcloud is as helpful and enthusiastic as Darryl, then I really look forward to the engagement on this course.
