Gabby is outstanding. She drew up land registry compliant plans with a very quick turnaround, and was responsive to all communication from us throughout the process. She is very thorough and detailed and noticed things we had missed. She is also pleasant to deal with and her fees were very clear and fair. She made amendments willingly, suggesting some herself. I recommend her unreservedly and will be asking her for more plans when we need them. We tried other companies who were extremely hard to get hold of, drew up inaccurate plans, did not reply to messages, were more expensive, etc. We feel very lucky to have found Gabby.
