My husband has talked for years about the leather couch he grew up with from Leather Creations, so we finally decided to visit and see what they had for our own home. Shawn was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was patient, never pushy, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for.

His knowledge of leather quality and construction was clear right away, and he explained everything in a simple, honest way that helped us feel confident in our choice. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed- just supported. It’s rare to come across someone who combines real expertise with genuine customer care, but Shawn does exactly that. Highly recommend asking for him if you go in. Looking forward to enjoying our new couch for many years!!

We bought a sectional from here 8 years ago. It has been great and the family loves it daily. I went in the store today in search of a replacement handheld remote that would work with the motor (one from Amazon did not fit) and the sales representative, Robert Wilkins, was very friendly and helpful. I was also able to obtain additional stuffing for the sectional backs at no cost as well as information on seat cushion replacement and total cushion replacement (due to damage). I would definitely recommend this business here in Georgia for anyone looking for leather furniture.

I purchased my sofa set many years ago from Leather Creations and recently inquired about having the seat cushions replaced. Robert and Greg both assisted me at different times with my order. The team at the factory did a great job inserting the new cushions. It is a pleasure to do business with a local business that has a very good customer service team and a quality product.

We are so happy with our purchase from Leather Creations in Deerfield. We purchased a sofa and chair in a dark gray. The leather is amazing to the touch, and so soft and comfortable. Our entire experience at the store was flawless. Wade was our consultant and answered all our questions and provided all the information to make an informed purchase. It was clear Wade was passionate about the American made quality of their products, but was not pushy or intrusive when we (my husband and I) wanted to discuss price/features/accessories. He was also clear about the time frame for the furniture to be made, delivery and maintenance. He was very honest and didn't white-wash anything in the buying process. The delivery company they use is M & B delivery services out of Broadview, IL. The delivery was efficient and the two that were on the truck that day were professional and expedient without rushing. We just had a great overall experience from start to finish. It took just about 6 weeks (plus 4 days) from order to delivery. We couldn't be happier.

Leather Creations, the Regis Style Sofa, Chairs and Ottomans were the best furniture investment we could have made 25 years ago, This because our furniture stills looks new !

bought my sectional 10 years ago. Loved it so much I ordered the same couch in the same style and even the same color. Great company to do business with. Will be giving the old one to my son for many more years of use Im sure.

I purchased a sofa from Leather Creations 6 years ago. Every time I come in for refills of my cleaner and conditioner the customer service is always amazing!!! My cat has made a few marks on the couch and I left with a referral to have it repaired.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mall of GA location with Robert. He is super knowledgeable and not pushy. We were able to pick the leather color we wanted and style that fit our home best. Great quality couch that will last a very long time. Highly recommend the couch and the salesman.

We purchased furniture from the Mall of Georgia Leather Creations in the past and are now looking for another set. We can't imagine purchasing from anyone else. It's all real leather and made locally. Everyone in the showrooms is knowledgable about the product and always very helpful!

Leather Creations has the most amazing leather furniture with so many styles and leather colors. Shawn was so helpful and knowledgeable, patiently taking the time to help us find exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. Our new red leather couch was a great Valentines surprise! The pre-sales support was excellent and the in-store sales support continued to be superb. All questions answered, demonstration of any sofa we looked at, tried numerous types and the selection of sofa style and leathers was amazing. After providing a complete scenario of our living environment, a recommendation was made. We tested good representative models and finalized our selection - built the way we wanted it and with the materials we wanted!

Leather Creations has been absolutely amazing to work with, and their products are truly top notch. We purchased a powered leather 4-seat theater row with wedge arms back in 2019, and fast forward to 2026 — after a move and building a brand-new, larger home theater — the seats still look almost new and operate flawlessly.

Instead of pushing us to replace everything, Leather Creations suggested we simply add two more chairs and reconfigure the original four into two rows of three. They even offered to add additional fill to the existing seat cushions to fluff them up and provided conditioner to help maintain the original leather luster.

When you buy from Leather Creations, you’re getting the highest quality custom-made leather furniture built to last. With proper care, these seats will easily last 20 years or more. Just as important, you can count on them to stand behind their products and be there if service is ever needed.

The variety of sofa styles, from traditional to contemporary, was impressive. Being able to pick a style you love, along with the color and leather quality, was a fantastic bonus. On top of that, the craftsmanship and quality were top-notch. The sales staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve had our set for three years now and couldn’t be happier.

Bill at Kennesaw was so helpful. This is the second purchase we have made - the first was over 15 years ago. Their leather furniture is second none. I abuse mine by coming in sweaty, dirty, sandy and it just lasted - we live on the coast in Fl and I traveled back to Atlanta when we were ready purchase.

We have had a sofa for 26 years and it’s still on good shape . I will return to buy another unit
