Orders for Eid was told would be delivered in time and wasn't, messaged numerous times and was told I would receive it in a few weeks nothing after 3 months finally received and it was incorrect and smelt so bad... case in with PayPal for refund - I still had to pay to return the item which was wrong

I ordered a suit 6 weeks prior to Eid. I contacted them multiple times to ask if it would arrive by Eid. I got no reply from them or when I did they said “will check” and never replied back. This had me stressing and I had to purchase another outfit from somewhere else as I knew this outfit would not arrive on time. Their customer service is trash and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them. I’m so dissapointed!

Don’t bother ordering it is not original and they send you it after 6 weeks. Sent me the wrong design and never reply to you when you enquire about it. Yiu rather go to the original website.

Arrived after 5 weeks and 0 communication from the team until I raised a PayPal query.
Arrived and it’s the cheapest looking suit, worth £40 not £120. Complete waste of money and they don’t issue refunds.
Don’t bother buying anything from here!!!

I would rate it a zero. They sent my suits two months late, and before it was even dispatched they were not allowing me to cancel my order. This is tic tac they use so customers and keep the suit instead of giving it back to them because for a refund you will only get credit note so they still get to keep your money. This company is a fkn joke with jokers working for them. Eating peoples hard earned money. And the quality of the product is absolutely crap too. I’ve just spent £300 and gonna try and get my cash back somehow.

Avoid! They don’t reply to your messages. I’m so glad I read the reviews here first & didn’t risk placing an order.

No one should trust LEBAAS it’s a big SCAM
Product , stitch very GROS , I bought 10 suits with them for a wedding , before ordering I ask them the how long they will deliver me , they told me 4 weeks so I order them , I had to pressure them to get the suits and get only 3 suits before the wedding after 8 weeks I received 1 suit and had to pay customs fee times to get the suit . What a scam and disappointment really I will never suggest anyone to buy from Lebaas ( big SCAM)

I bought recently more then 10 partywears for me and sisters .All dresses are amazing in quality.All original designer wears and very beautiful.I am so glad with my purchase.thank you LebaasOnline!

Ordered two dresses in the third week of March of 2024.

First dress: was successfully delivered after 2 weeks of wait.
Second dress: did not come with the first dress. Had emailed and “ WhatsApped” them and they replied after two days later saying it’s in stitching and it can take up to 4 -6 weeks.
6 weeks went ahead, they had not sent the dress. After 2-3 attempts of sending messages they apologised and said it is in “stiching” and once stitched they will deliver “ asap”.

Waited for another week for their response. I texted them again and this time they had not responded.
I kept on chasing them via WhatsApp as they have no other way of communicating. Asked for the refund, they said that the dress is delivered?!

But had not given a proper delivery details nor delivery number.. nothing had been provided.

Asked them, where is it?! They aren’t responding anymore!

This company is a scam. Please think many times before ordering. Or just don’t order at all!

This is scam. I have lost £90.

What a scam. No refund after being given a cheap copy . Lost our £170

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from this shop. I ordered 3 suits, one arrived within 5 days but was worn, had dirt mark and makeup stain. I returned on the agreement that they would refund plus delivery charge. Had to message them for weeks until I received a refund but they never refunded the returns delivery charge. The other suits took 2 months and relentless messaging. Very poor communication, zero customer service and they didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience, very unprofessional. I placed an order on 8th March and it's the 4th of April today. I still haven't received my order. I have Whatsapped them, emailed them - I've even sent them a private message on instagram but Ive not heard a peep. Not even a courtesy message to say we are sorry for the delay etc. Literally no reply at all.
Don't touch them with a barge pole, is my honest opinion!

THIS PLACE IS SUCH A SCAM I CANNOT EVEN , STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN YEARS AND I LOST HUNDREDS OF POUNDS BEING A STUDENT AND TRUSTING THESE FRAUDS. PLZ PLZ STAY AWAY

Firstly they should improve their website - a filter to hide sold out items would be great !
Ordered 3 dresses received only 2 as one was apparently out of stock after I placed the order
Contacted customer services multiple times but no one would reply, logged dispute on PayPal and only then got an immediate response and refund …
the two dresses I received were nice by the way stitched neatly and embellishments were added of fair quality too. The delivery was quick too 3 working days they said and it was done
I recommend their sale , it was good but wouldn’t risk ordering very expensive items in case anything goes wrong no one there to help and always use PayPal

Scam!!!!! I ordered a dress on 16 September and its been 2 months now and there is no sign of my dress. They said its been delivered however its not. I have been texting the team on their whtsapp and sent emails but no response. Requested refund i wonder if i will get any as i feel my money is gone now. Their customer service is non existent. Do yourself a favour by not ordering and wasting your money with this scam company. Shut your damn business if you cannot run a business properly scammers looting our money.

This company although sends you clothes is absolutely horrible at customer service. Before ordering if you have questions they reply you on time on WhatsApp. Afterwards they forget you existed and are absolutely deceitful. They also give you false information just to sell their final products. My first order with them went fine in terms of stitching but it came also 1.5 months or more after i had ordered. The next order was from next day delivery options. I asked them if I could get a L stitched suit converted to XS and sent to me they said yes they can do it. So I ordered it and I told them about this yet the suit came to me in Large size. Then i asked them to take it back or alter it, they said they will send someone from DPD to collect it. No one came. When I kept pestering them they just sent me a short useless message saying that the collection failed because no one gave them the parcel. I told them I was at home the whole day even texted and called them and no one came no one even confirmed the collection date and time and I still waited. After that they have stopped replying and just become useless. So unless you want to play Russian roulette and wonder if you will get a good service or a horrible experience don't order from them.

Worst service ever firstly they sent me a trousers with a big stain on it I asked for some kind of percentage of if I ever done another purchase from them an to replace my trouser which they didn't agree with they said they can only send me another trousers which still I haven't received since June I have contacted them on many occasions but no response they are a big fraud please people don't make the mistake of ordering from this place ever they get 0 start rating from me I payed over £120 for noting as I didn't get to wear the outfit for the wedding on august the 9th I even ordered in advance so there don't be no inconvenience for me but this flop crap con of a place lebasonline is crap

I don’t even want to give them 1 star but have to to record a review.
I ordered a suit it came after several weeks and was stiched so horribly i had to return, They said i can not get a refund instead i can get a voucher so purchase another suit. I have purchased one after another 3 because they don’t have it in stock. I have been at this cat an mouse game for several mon now and haven’t got a suit or my money back and no reply.

This company put me off so much! I would never ever order from and asian clothes website apart from Janan. Biggest mistake i made!
