Book origin

I didn't realize when I ordered my book that it would be coming from China. If that is a problem for you, you might need to check its origin before you order. But the lady I spoke to over email was wonderful and helped me with all my questions. I received my book a lot faster then I thought I would, given it did come from another country. Maybe within 2 weeks or so. I would order from this company again, but next time I will make sure of the books origin first.

Package arrival issue

At first my package was sent to the wrong address when I addressed this problem with them they quickly figured out what happened to the package and got it rerouted and we received it a few days later

Trust worthy people helping with customer blunders 💕

I made a blunder on the shipping address because of AutoFill when I finalized the order. I realized it right away and I reached out to Lebrares to see if I could fix it. Lebrares was quick to respond and fix it so the book I ordered got shipped to the correct address. And I received the amazing book so they really deserve 10 stars instead of 5. The book I bought here was also very good quality and was exactly what I needed with a price that could not be beat. 10/10 would recommend this shop again.
