We ordered the 640 mm x 480 mm Synergy CORE LED display.

It works perfectly, like clockwork, and we have never experienced any issues or faults. The quality of the display is excellent, and it has been a reliable addition to our space.

We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend it.

We’ve now been using the scoreboard 2-3 times a week for the past 6 months, and it has performed flawlessly. It also looks perfectly. If you’re considering a new scoreboard for your club, i would highly recommend the Led System.

LEDsynergy supplied Andover RFC with a fantastic new scoreboard in August 2024. The installation was efficient, quickly done and the operating system is simple and very effective. We now have a state of the art scoreboard that has completely professionalised the look of our club on matchdays. We cannot thank Liz and her team enough for the superb product and service they have provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Liz quickly rectified a mistake I had made in the design and offered helpfull advice for setting up the wifi and installation of the scoreboard. We can't recommend LED Systems highly enough. Hardware they make is very durable - perfectly working after 13 years - but sadly they do not take pride in this potential good news story and either do not retain or choose not to supply information about their older products - and instead of being upfront about this, offered to help and then ghosted me.
I contacted them via support email a year ago to request the datasheet/getting started guide to be able to use the product. I was promised technical contact by a named person months ago, never received this. Ticket was closed without reason. I called their number over a month ago, a person confirmed they would look into it and get back to me, did not. Phoned again today to be met with an attitude of pure condescension. Person felt that given the age and value of the item it was normal that I was not only not given the basic setup info I had requested, but was not even contacted by them as promised.
I suggest you assume their products as disposable outside warranty and check the terms of that very carefully.
Strangely, as I now have to consign their working product to e-waste, I will not be ordering a new one from them - it could have been their best possible advert, and it's unacceptable to enforce obsolescence in 2023.
