I bought from Leela Diamond after struggling to find a very rare diamond shape. The process was extremely smooth. They were very responsive (never waited longer than 10 minutes for a response no matter the time of day, even middle of the night). Shipping took a little bit longer than they expected but they kept me in the loop and shared every update they had. With the situation going on in the world, it was completely normal. The diamond itself arrived in pristine conditions, my jeweller was even impressed himself with the stone.

This is a great business and I will most definitely use them again for anything that I need in terms of stones.

Purchased a diamond from their website. Received a different diamond of VS quality instead of VVS. Was told the diamond I bought had been sold, and the replacement was similar. No, it wasn't. They then sent me links to other diamonds to consider, all of which were VS quality. What a waste of time.

Now I'm back trying to find another diamond while traveling to the place where I'll propose to my girlfriend. What a nightmare. I'm still waiting for a return shipping label, and, of course, they'll hold off on giving a refund until they receive the diamond back.

Avoid this company. There are many other options out there.

Item as described,, tracking was a bit confusing coming via 3 lacations ,, but it arrived just over a week.. only fault was it was not registered delivery and was left at front door without any signing or knocking.. from UPS...

-Website browsing for a loose lab diamond was a seamless experience.
-Customer service was very quick and gave elaborate responses to my questions via the chat feature.
-shipping was very fast and without any issues like extra fees for customs.

A fraudulent purchase was made with my Credit Card.

Still surprised such a purchase was allowed to be make without the credit card holder knowledge. It appears a refund was issued, so that was good.

It started with an order with a lot of concerns. I wasn't sure about the reliability of the business because it didn't have Google reviews.
I saw that there was an option to pay with PayPal. This gave me peace of mind.
At first I wanted to order just a diamond. I chose something that wasn't in stock, but they offered me something else on WhatsApp. A truly great diamond in every way.
Then I asked him to give me examples of rings. He gave me simple examples and I wanted something special.
He suggested that I send him an example of the ring I wanted. I sent him one and he told me that they were working on it and he would send me a demo of what it would look like.
4 hours later I received an example exactly like I wanted and ordered it.
It is important to know that when ordering to Israel, there are no taxes on a diamond alone, but there is a value-added tax on a ring with a diamond.
I understood that the shipment included all taxes and I also asked about it,
When it arrived in Israel after 14 days via FedEx
It turned out that there was the tax I mentioned earlier, I contacted them and told them that I had set a budget and exceeded it but because they promised that there were no taxes,
It was a misunderstanding because at first I intended to purchase a diamond alone and then added a ring.
I asked the representative to take responsibility because they did not inform me of the change.
And the company took responsibility and reimbursed me for all tax payments at a price of almost $900,
This indicates an exceptional and very reliable service,
They sent me a video of the ring before it was shipped, and when it arrived it looked much better, I could not stop marveling.
