People Professional Level 5 CIPD course.

My development coach June was a fantastic support throughout the programme, she was always on hand to provide support where needed and was very helpful in supporting me throughout my time.

Feedback on Leepgroup in general, they could have provided more information on deadlines for EPA submissions and how that breakdown works, including thinking about alerting learners that they can do the specialist modules earlier to more effectively manage learners resource time throughout the course. Some periods were very slow, for instance, it took me about 3 months between signing up before the learning started which wasn't ideal.

In general - I enjoyed the course and thought all the teachers were very professional and knowledgeable.

Before joining Leep Talent (formerly Just IT), I was working as a barista and honestly hated my job. One day I decided enough was enough and started looking for a way into IT. I registered for several courses and was fortunate to be given the opportunity to join Leep Talent’s full‑time ICT bootcamp, which lasted around 10 weeks.
To make this work, I had to reduce my barista role to part‑time, which meant a real financial struggle. I could barely afford anything beyond food and rent, which I was sharing with my wife. Social life was basically non‑existent. Despite this, I took the course very seriously—I attended every class, stayed focused, and completed all my assignments.
The technical classes were solid and gave me a good foundation, but what helped me the most were the CV and interview preparation sessions. These genuinely changed everything for me. They gave me the confidence, structure, and knowledge to sell myself properly—something I didn’t have before.
After completing the course and finishing our final mock interviews, we entered the job‑search phase. This is usually the hardest part for many people, as it can feel discouraging when results don’t come immediately. What really stood out was the continued support—I was sent around 10 job opportunities daily and regularly emailed about other roles and apprenticeships that matched my profile.
Through this support, I was lucky enough to secure an apprenticeship that was delivered in partnership with Leep Talent. The experience was excellent. Throughout the year (and a bit), I received consistent support while working full‑time, alongside structured learning, projects, and preparation for my end‑point assessment.
Now, one year and a bit later, I’m writing this review in between preparing for my end‑point assessment tomorrow. I’ve already been promoted from a £25k apprenticeship role to a £33k non‑junior position. Once I finish, I plan to continue my development by pursuing Microsoft certifications.
I want to specifically thank Catherine, Peter Bryce, Natalee, Andrey, Joe, Leanne, Claire, and many others—sorry if I’ve missed any names. These people genuinely care, do their jobs exceptionally well, and make a real difference.
My advice to current and future students: take it seriously and don’t quit. Do your best, stay consistent, and remember that you have to help yourself before anyone else can help you. Follow your dreams, put in the work, and it will pay off. Do something you love, and the money will come with it.

June provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process and was incredibly supportive every step of the way. She demonstrated a high level of expertise, was approachable, and always willing to help, which massively helped me during my EPA . Also both Lauren and Helena were very supportive and offered valuable assistance.

The course content itself was well-designed and logically organised. Although it took a little time to become familiar with the systems, they were generally straightforward to use. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to access my units earlier than scheduled, allowing me to study at my own pace, which was a significant advantage.

On the downside, the live workshops sometimes felt a bit too long. Additionally, the marking process could take as long as four weeks to complete. Fortunately, I was given priority marking, which helped speed things up. One area that could be improved was the consistency of feedback from assessors, particularly concerning the referencing requirements, which varied somewhat between assessors. However, the assessors did provide good levels of feedback for units.

I was part of the Level 3 Data Technician Skills Bootcamp, and the support I got from Sebastien, Leigh, Anne, Claire, and Bobby, as well as the rest of the team, all led to me becoming employed.

Over the last 12 months, I have been working towards my People Professional Level 5 qualification with LeepTalent, with June Alp‑Williams assigned as my coach from the outset.

June has been outstanding throughout the programme. She has consistently been on hand to answer questions, provide clarity on requirements, and ensure I had all the information needed to complete each task confidently. She also checked in regularly, which helped keep me focused and on track.

As someone working in a fast‑paced, demanding role, the additional workload initially felt daunting.

However, June was excellent at breaking the work down into manageable chunks and clearly linking it to my day‑to‑day role. This approach not only made the workload easier to manage, but also helped me apply the learning directly in practice.

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend June as a coach.

From the very beginning, the programme was well-structured, with clear learning pathways and easy-to-track tasks that made it simple to stay organised and focused. I've recently completed Digital Skills Data Bootcamp programme at Leep Talent (previously Just IT).
Grateful for the chance to join this so well organised training. Our technical trainer was Yusuf who was really patient and helped me learn a lot, beginning from zero, as I haven't got IT experience. I feel like I have gained a lot of knowledge, but this is only the beginning.
Have received amazing support during the Career support workshops with Leigh Christodoulou. She was so motivational and encouraging, offering very efficient content during Career Support Week, helpful topics were covered, interactive engagement, offered 121 support, interview techniques. She reviewed my CV and provided constructive feedback on it, as well as on my pitch & presentation practice. Leigh also offered additional sessions. Immensely grateful to her and everybody else! Will never forget all the good work and help during this training!

I recently completed the B2W training for level 2 in coding, digital skills and computer programming. It was highly a worthwhile learning experience for me and the trainer, Lester was exceptionally good, delivering instructions clearly and providing consistent support, which was instrumental in helping me achieve a desirable outcome. Overall, the bootcamp was very helpful in almost every aspect, from learning to hands-on experience. I studied alot of topics, which covered the data analyst as a whole. My Technical Trainer Yusuf, was very cooperative and amazing personality. Leigh Christodoulou in Career Support helper alot with the CV building and updating LinkedIn. Now, I'm getting alot of Impressions and views on my LinkedIn profile, after I've updated it as Leigh told me to do.

With a bit more focus on delegating tasks and adapting quickly to new processes, his impact could grow even further. Levinna brings a high level of organization, creativity, and attention to detail, which keeps projects on track and enhances overall team performance. She also excels at building positive relationships and fostering collaboration. Focusing on prioritization and taking more initiative in leading projects could help her contributions shine even brighter. Excellent distance learning program. I'm just completed a Level 2 Cyber Security Bundle courses. It had three models to be completed and really interesting and enjoyable. Lovely tutorial at Padlet and example from tutors introduction. All assessments are valuable of what we are researching from. Friendly, respectfully, fairly, understandable and easy access environmental studying are what we are expected in the course experience. Thank you very much.

I have had the pleasure of working with Levinna and Lester during a Level 2 Cybersecurity course, Digital IT Skills and Web Design. They were both super friendly, understanding to personal situations and always there to help when needed. This learning journey has been genuinely enjoyable and I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Positives:
The bootcamp is intensive and structured—ideal if you need discipline and direction.

Career support was exceptional—special thanks to Malique Zephar. CV reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, interview technique guidance, and job leads for six months post-course really make it worth it.

The range of front-end and back-end technologies gave me a solid overview of full-stack development.

Areas for Improvement:
Teaching wasn’t very engaging. Most days had a short lecture, then long periods of independent work, which felt like a lot of self-teaching.

The pace is extremely fast—multiple languages in eight weeks makes retention challenging. Recap was limited, and teaching quality varied by instructor.

Marketing claims like guaranteed interviews or big-name partnerships were overstated. In my cohort, these didn’t materialise; most partnerships were with other training organisations.

Overall:
This bootcamp works best as an introduction. You get exposure to concepts, but real learning comes from self-study. The structure keeps you building projects, and career support is the standout feature.

Fantastic training organisation, the really shaped and encourage me to pursue my career in IT support apprentice. I missed few lessons due to to my schedule. Thanks to the scheduler (Malique Zephar) took his time to followed up with me . it was a perfect experience, good tutors, good career team .

The learning style is just as good as it can be in a class of 10-15 people but I was mostly impressed with Career Support offered by Malique. It is something that I wasn't expecting to have such an inpact on me and my confidence in presenting has definitely taken a sharp rise. He has pushed me into uncomfortable situations by publicly presenting myself to the class many times and it has been very efficient
