My order arrived with two broken plates and I have received no response to the email I sent stating as much.

“Blates” All In One Piece!
Unlike comments left by many other customers, my “blates” arrived absolutely UNBROKEN… and are wonderful. They also arrived speedily.
Only drawback, solid white which I had ordered was out of stock, but I chose alternatively striped and they arrived within a few days. Thank you!

Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase - full dining sets with glasses, complete cutlery, along with large & small bowls & plates. Additionally, a few of my items were broken in transit and the Leeway team went above and beyond to replace and get them to me in a timely manner. We've ordered Leeway in the past and will continue to use them.

I did finally get my dishes...
I did finally get my dishes. However, I had ordered 4 big dinner plates in pink, four in blue, four Leeway dishes in pink, 4 Leeway in blue and 12 small forks.
I was so excited when I saw the package had arrived. I opened the box and I found 8 big dinner plates in white, four Leeway dishes in white with a yellow rim, 12 big forks, and I did get my four Leeway dishes in blue I had been waiting for...
and they are beautiful but I am just not sure how an order can be so wrong when a packing slip with pictures of what I ordered was included in the box. I have sent an email - no reply. Really great product but not so great on the customer service end yet.

Beautiful Bowls!
I saw these dishes on Oprah’s favorite things list and needed some new bowls, the price was great so I decided to get them. They are really nice and great quality, I love them and highly recommend!! Also, customer service is amazing too!!

The 'blates' are fine. But I would not have ordered them knowing they were manufactured in China. Disappointed that you aren't having them made here in the US, and that you don't mention it on the item description

Purchased several packages of napkins…love the napkins.
Purchased several packages of napkins in different colors. Some for Christmas presents, some for myself. They are beautiful colors and nice fabric. I love the way you can fold them in various ways to change the look. Great product. Thanks leeway.
