These guys are real people doing real business. I sold two stores that they bought and we used a Florida escrow attorney for the funds transfers. Money was wired out same day as store each transfer (in fact within an hour of store transfers) by the attorney. A great selling experience and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to trade out of their business.
