Kimberly was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She provided a service that I was not aware of that would help ne get out of this "hamster wheel" debt I created. I have the pieces to get ahead but, were not in place. Kimberly put them in place. I have a clear understanding of the plan I have to get out if this debt. I am grateful Kimberly got my call next in her queue. I have no doubt anyone could or would have done well. However, I can only speak on this experience. Kimberly had no frustrations with repeating the process, repeating answers she had explained already to make sure, I was clear, and she cared enough to educate me some on some of my credit behaviors which in turn will help me improve my financial status in the next few years.
I have extreme anxiety about not paying my bills on time or at all, but I am going to trust this process and pray to get out of debt.
I must add that Andrea and Catherine were also pleasant and thorough in their process as well.
I pray this will work and I will hopefully have some financial freedom in the near future.

Thanks lamisha for your help and answering all my questions. So far I'll be paying half of what I was paying not sure how my credit will be truly impacted over the long term but im giving this a shot as I was just going to stop paying everything and go cash only but my family needs a house so I am doing this to try to resolve about 44k in debt with high interest around 20%
