The quick response to my asking for help was impressive. I was immediately reassured and knew I was in the best possible hands. I liked the straight talking ... no sugar coating. I have a Court date and will definitely update my experience on Trustpilot then.

Poor from start to finish, I had to keep prompting them, found out a month before the court date Simon would not be in court, he would appear by video link. He then advised me to turn up 3 hours early, basically annoy the usher to be seen early. All this went against me.

I felt very unprepared for court and was told on the day he had a more important client and I would have to take a back seat. When I questioned this, he told me to careful what I wished for!

Once he lost the case, he didn’t even offer an appeal.

Avoid at all costs, unless you want to waste £3000.
