The company I work for have used Legalesign for a while now, if ever there is an issue or request additional support or clarification, the team at Legalesign are always on hand. Quick, efficient and if the answer is not known straight away we always get a response as soon as they have a resolve or response.

This platform provides a reasonably priced doc signing platform. There is a guide online but also prompt reply from technical team in case of questions how to use the platform.

The support service is very quick and helpful in resolving issues and they can provide a short term upgrade if needed.

Having used Legalesign for several years now we find it fits our business needs very well. The guys who develop and manage the product along with our account manager are very proactive and always happy to help with any technical issues you may have. we find the product very flexible also in that there are some really good features.

The platform works nicely, is very cost-effective for my company, and any time I've had to engage support channels for whatever reason, the response is quick and timely. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
