Mohammed Hanif of Legal Ex Plus was extremely helpful and professional when I reached out for help to put in place professional indemnity insurance for the services I provide (non-reserved legal activities) via my service company. The services are quite complicated and require a more specialist PII product and more initial due diligence. Mohammed liaised with the underwriters and kept me updated throughout and in the end we got there. I am only a small business and I really appreciated how responsive and helpful Mohammed was.

I spoke to Naadirah, she was absolutely awesome. She was always available and met my expectations, in fact she exceeded them. Every time I called / emailed she was always available to speak and help. Naadirah went above and beyond and went the extra mile in arranging PII cover for us. Amazing service!!!

Hanif and Naadirah are the most caring professionals I have come across to date. The have the best communication with their clients and despite pressure from ourselves given the tight deadline we were working towards they not only were patient and reassuring they managed to significantly reduce our PII quote by a very substantial amount. I use this company to arrange my Solicitors Professional Indemnity Insurance. The market is very hard and they contacted me in plenty of time with an early bird renewal cost. Had I wished to do so, this would have given me time to compare quotes but I was very happy with the quote and the paperwork is so straightforward. Hazra made everything so easy and the procedure is not at all time-consuming like some insurance proposal forms can be. Excellent, courteous service, efficient and Hazra is so pleasant to deal with. She makes the dreaded insurance renewal quite painless! Thank you.
