I engaged Legal Inz in March 2026 to draft and translate ADJD Mirror Wills for my wife and me. Over the following two months I received at least four successive drafts, each containing substantive errors that I, the client, had to identify and request corrections for. Examples documented in my email thread with the firm include:

Multiple inconsistent spellings of my wife's first name within the same document
Missing nationality fields
Missing Emirates ID numbers for named guardians
Previously raised issues that reappeared in later drafts unaddressed

The most serious issue was in the certified Arabic translation. The Interim Guardian Clause is meant to designate who takes interim custody of our minor son if our three named permanent guardians are unavailable. The English text required all three to be unavailable before the interim guardians could step in. The Arabic translation named only one of the three, omitting the other two entirely. As UAE courts give primary weight to the Arabic text of bilingual documents, this discrepancy would have allowed the interim guardians to assume custody of our son in circumstances we never intended. We caught this by having an Arabic-speaking colleague review the document. The firm's certified translator did not.
Beyond the drafting issues: a manager call promised to me by the consultant never happened. Follow-ups were ignored or met with template "gentle reminder" emails that did not address my concerns.
When I formally requested a refund under the firm's publicly advertised 30-Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee (displayed on multiple pages of their website), I gave the firm 36 hours to confirm. They replied 13 hours later with a one-line holding response — "we will respond as soon as possible" — and then stopped responding entirely. The deadline I set passed more than two weeks ago and there has been no further communication.
A will is a document where errors have lasting consequences. Trust matters far more than turnaround time. I cannot recommend this firm for any matter where the quality and accuracy of the document is material — which, for a will, it always is.
I am pursuing the matter through the appropriate consumer protection and regulatory channels.

I have dealt with several members of Legalinz during the last eight months and most recent with Ankit Singh for a POA for my daughter. Ankit’s support and service and follow up even til today when the document was notarized, has been impressive.

I would strongly advise caution when engaging Legalinz.

From the outset, the individual assigned to my case appeared inexperienced and relied heavily on generic, back and forth email templates rather than providing clear, tailored legal guidance. Throughout the drafting and review of my Will, I identified and had to correct multiple errors myself, which is simply unacceptable for a paid legal service.

The process, which should have been straightforward, took over three months just to reach the stage of submission to the courts. This delay was largely due to poor coordination, lack of ownership, and the need for constant follow up on my side.

Customer service overall is extremely poor. Communication is slow, reactive, and at times dismissive, making them unnecessarily difficult to deal with.

To make matters worse, when raising a reasonable request regarding a package adjustment, there was no flexibility or willingness to support in any way, despite the issues experienced throughout the process.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not a service I would recommend.

Legalinz provided a thorough and generally quick response to all aspects related to preparation and registration of my UAE will. Only suggestion is to always have a backup available in the event a primary consultant is away for whatever reason. In my case, the primary consultant was off sick for some time and I struggled to get action from anyone else for a few days. Other than that, the service was excellent.
