Extreme Incompetence
We approached Legally with what we believed was a relatively straightforward case involving unpaid overtime wages. We paid nearly €1,000 in legal fees and trusted that our interests would be properly represented.
Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Compared to colleagues in the exact same situation who did not use a lawyer at all, an important deadline was missed in our case, resulting in the loss of a substantial portion of the compensation we may have been entitled to claim. Those colleagues were ultimately able to recover significantly more than we did.
Throughout the process, we repeatedly asked for the reasoning behind decisions and for detailed calculations, but we never received clear explanations. In the end, we had to review the payslips, research the matter ourselves, and calculate the potential claim independently.
For a service that cost nearly €1,000, we expected professional guidance, clear communication, and proper handling of important deadlines. Instead, we felt unsupported, poorly informed, and ultimately let down by the service we received.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this firm.
