Always great!

I joined Legal shield to get help with my protection order and divorce case. I was told that I would get help from attorneys, and that it when I came up with $500 I would be represented by an attorney, this was a lie. A friend borrowed the money so I would not have to go to court without an attorney, but when I paid the money and received the referral to an attorney, I was informed that I had to pay $3,500 to get representation. So I've paid this money into Legal shield for nothing, I still don't have help, I am very disappointed, and I'm honestly tired of people lying to me.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite. Having a lawyer available when I need is comforting.

The legal team is excellent--lawyer Rachel Rajeski did an extremely though and professional job. High stars for the prompt response and your intake coordinator was pleasant and listened very well.

My experience was great with one exception. The provider attorney who assisted me ended up giving me to an attorney who was more familiar with my issue after the company I was having an issue with didn’t really seem to be understanding. The next attorney knew a lot more about this company in particular and how the basics of companies as such work. And gave me slot more information and confidence in how to proceed. Which in (2) days the company replied fair and positive. As a veteran legal shield client. We should always have a provider who knows exactly about the issue at hand and not a provider who just writes a letter based on the general knowledge of right and wrong.

I had an exceptional experience speaking with my LegalShield lawyer regarding a family matter. I was initially bracing for a costly and rigid Supreme Court process, but the lawyer provided immediate relief by advising that my matter could be handled through Provincial Court. This not only saved me significant legal fees but also bypassed the frustrating scheduling bottlenecks I had encountered with the Supreme Court registry.

Brian Maynor made a great impression. He called back in a timely manner, he listened and gave me advice on how to proceed with the research on the case. Then he assured that after the documents I send in are analyze, and if there is enough evidence to get a lawyer involved then legal shield will connect me with one at my expense @ an discounted rate. I also think the price to get expert advice is reasonable .

I have worked with 3 attorneys and all have been very effective and the process was smooth.

We called close to the end of the business day and They provided an immediate platform (call center) to listen to and field my concern and issue. We were called by the attorney the next day (less than 24 hours).
After legal advice was given we were emailed case work that helped us understand our legal position even better.

It was extremely important to us to be able to just pick up the phone and get an answer as soon as we did so that we knew our legal rights and know what direction to go. We’ve been Legal Shield customers for years and it’s one investment we are glad we make each month. Through the years we have never been disappointed and they have always given stellar support and legal advice.

Not what i expected--- basically just gives advice, I can ask Chat GPT for that. Waste of money.
