Leo is a scam! I earned a gift card and they blocked my account and didn’t pay. Customer service doesn’t reply.

I used Leo Leger a few years ago and cashed in my points about 4 times, then they stopped working. In my Internet investigation I discovered that this is really common. They suck you in, then the Leo employees allegedly (unsubstantiated rumour) steal your points for themselves. I never got any response, they just stole my points.

Leger has failed to change my email address after requesting it several times. They appear to be incompetent or just don't care!!
A new customer service dept. is a must!!!

I wish I had a chance to put "0" star. They are the worst. Totally it is wasting your valuable time. Nobody answer to your call and request.

I was asked to participate in a government survey and given months to respond. This company is little short of harassment with phone calls & emails. 6 months to complete a survey and in one week 3 phone calls including Sunday & 2 emails...... This company is like an ex that didn't like the break-up and started stalking

The worst company! Please avoid using Leger Opinion — it’s a total scam with no real service at all. They blocked my account twice, and I never received any response from their support team. It honestly feels like they don’t even have one.

Leo always has lots of wonderful surveys and great payouts

would be zero apparently cant change phone number on account. just changed phone was getting a bunch of spam so i change number. and unable to change on site. now i have money sitting in account and cant claim it. stay away from site they dont care about the people that does the work for them.

The company could improve their algorithms. I recently completed 62% of a survey (2000 points) and was kicked off with no explanation. I contacted customer support and received a form email 7 days later. Apparently, this is normal and I was awarded 50 points.

I have been completing LEO surveys for 10 years. Rather than improving their site, the company has retained more for profit. I’m done.

I spent quite a bit of time taking surveys, and when I finally reached enough points for a reward, I requested an Amazon gift card. I eventually received an email stating I was approved for the gift card and to expect it within 24 to 72 hours. I never received the gift card. I contacted them via the Leo site and was told to check my spam folder. I had already checked my spam folder prior to even reaching out. I responded that I did check my spam folder and I requested that they send me the gift card. I received an email a few days later stating they were looking into it and would get back to me asap. I did not hear from anybody so I responded to the email after 7 days. Complete silence since then. I feel totally scammed. What a waste of time.

Honestly can't believe how unprofessional.

Not sure why it has so many bad reviews. It is based on location though. And it is good now. FYI I live in BC. I've had an account from long ago but never did much. But I picked it up again in March 2025 and was able to cash out $60 since then. That's $60 in 3 months. Never got any kind of payout that fast from playing games or any other survey sites. The surveys aren't annoying ads either. This is beyond excellent for just beer money.

SCAM!! Played to collect enough points and cannot redeem my reward because there is no code. Reached out to customer service with no response. Very disappointed. I wrote a review on Google and they asked me to reach out via email; and nothing ever happened. Also note I had to Google their email address. I put in so much hard work doing the surveys and did not get my reward in return.

They have lengthy surveys to see if you qualify for a survey and then disqualify you. This means that they receive all your information for free.

not only can you only redeem 1 reward at once and they say it takes several days to get to you, they never do end up sending the rewards youve waited weeks for. ive contacted them several times now and theyve only replied when threatened with legal action, and still havent given me my rewards. they owe me 70CAD+.

I requested earned reward of $20 Amazon card on March 11 2025. They promised to send it to me by March 23d. It was not sent to me. I sent 3 Emails to their support and left 3 voice messages - there is no response to any of my requests. It is really bad.

I don't think they can improve I think they're just plain and simple scammers they have it set up at the end so you can't make the amount of points to even get anything to cash in and then if you complain that you're not able to finish your survey they shut your app down no contact whatsoever they should be put on the scammers list and took them offline

I have been answering their surveys for quite a while but now, they no longer sending my rewards, I tried several times contacting them through their app, email and by phone and they never responded, they are just ignoring my messages.

How can a company be so disrespectful towards their members, it is a disgrace. I wish I can give less than 1 star, it’s already too much for their level of service. Never again, beware

They have no limitations on how many questions the surgery can ask before being awarded only 50 points because you don’t qualify. Sometimes I’ve answered over 30 questions including “please answer in as much detail as possible” and then get disqualified. It’s a way for companies to steal information from you without properly compensating you.
