Excellent driver. Very helpful and caring.

Staff at desk not friendly - more concerned with upgrading people!
We upgraded at booking - carpet in room was stained & had holes in it plus uneven floor. Could not get ice for water unless we purchased a drink!!
Food was mediocre and no healthy options! Check out at 10am was ridiculous as the bus was not leaving Torquay until 6 hours later!
Entertainment ok - drinks at the bar expensive!
Best part was comfortable bus although we had to keep asking for air conditioning on!
Driver Nigel was top class and very professional.

Great trip, great driver, he was helpful, funny and informative.
The hotels were clean and comfortable, with delicious food.
The only negative was the early breakfasts, even on our free day.

The coach was lovely and clean and the driver Tom was very pleasant and happy and kept us informed of everything during our trip it was my first time travelling with this company and it was a pleasant experience except for one thing which I was a little uncomfortable about but did not like to complain without spoiling others trip. There was an elderly gentleman sitting opposite me on his own who was very touchy-feely on my arm and leg throughout the journey up and home and I felt very uncomfortable about I tried to ignore him and he kept huffing and tutting if I did not respond to him and just kept staring at me to look at him. I had my daughter with me and was glad she sat on the inside seat. I did not want to upset the other passengers by complaining or making a scene but was glad when he departed the bus.

Excellent communication before and during stay,hotel clean tidy good food, staff could not be faulted, drivers good. All in all a well organised trip.

From the helpful friendly staff at The Norfolk Hotel to the ease of getting around this beautiful island this was a wonderful experience. The Hotel is a little dated but clean. The food is plain, but very tasty with good choices. ideally situated just a two minute walk from a lovely park through which you gain access to the seafront. The surprisingly large town is about a 10 minute walk away from The Hotel, has a lot of places to shop and boasts a lively market.
Getting around couldn't be easier. The bus station is about a ten minute walk from The Hotel and the bus fares are extremely reasonable. We paid £2.55p per journey by card which saves you 45p on the fare of £3. They have a tap on service, you do not have to tap off. If you get off the bus at any point, but wish to go onto another stop on the route provided you produce your bus ticket and get a second bus within the hour the second journey is free. You can also purchase day tickets or 3 day passes, but they need to be used on 3 consecutive days. There is also The Little train which cost us £9 for a 35 minute journey down to St. Aubins Bay, but the bus journey there offers much better value at £2.55p. Unfortunately we didn't manage to visit the Glass Church which we were told is a lovely place to see.
We would certainly like to visit this beautiful island again and would definitely go to the church next time.

The Newcastle Trip was very well organised, Keith the Driver was very good and looked after us well and gave us plenty of time on excursions The hotel was ok, but more for business than holiday makers. No set of drawers in room, food was ok but would have liked more choices on main meals. Overall the trop was very good value and would recommend Leisuretime.

The journey was fine. We paid for an upgrade our room which was fine, the evening meal was very poor, the entertainment was great. After checkout at 10 a.m we spent another 6 hours in Torquay which was far too long a few hours could have been elsewhere i.e Clark’s Village.

Driver was really helpful ànd very polite. We enjoyed our day out and will definitely use Leisure Time again.

The hotel was lovely and clean and all staff was brilliant. The one thing that was not to do with toureasy was the fact the lift was not working on the ferry. But apart for that we would recommend the jersey trip through toureasy leisuretime.

The only complaint is that the breakfast was a bit dried as if it had been kept warm.
Actual coach journeys was very good & the driver was excellent.

Lovely trip to Torquay. Great day trips. Hotel was in a great location and staff very helpful and friendly. Food and service were great. Only let down was the 8 hour trip home due to various factors. Will definitely travel with Leisuretime again.

Had a lovely weekend the weather was great as it was a Lot of walking.the driver was great lots of laughs.with his jokes.hotel was great.would recommend it.

Driver locations and hotel staff and food

Everything went smoothly, from the booking to the trip itself. Chris, our driver was brilliant, very helpful, knowledgeable (almost a guided tour of London), couldn't do enough for us. Really enjoyed the show, hotel was great. Will travel with this company again.

Very well organised trip , coach comfortable with air con. The Driver Chris was excellent , very funny but really efficient. Hotel nice , breakfast very good .Only issue for me was that it wasn’t made clear on booking that after being picked up in South Somerset we had to go up to Bristol to meet the main coach . We thought we would go straight up the A303 and be in London in less than 3 hrs instead it was a very long journey of over 6 hrs. Would have loved more time to relax before the concert.Didn’t stop us enjoying the weekend though.

Well organised pick up on time. Good location for hotel.Bus driver Chris was very informative and very helpful. ABBA concert was fantastic. Free time in Covent garden's enjoyed the weekend .
