I arrived in the shop. I was immediately given assistance and then space to look at what I needed. The staff kept checking in on me and offered some good ideas and assistance. I was advised that I could get the more cost effective alternative to the mattress I was looking at and the bed that was in the range I liked that was on sale rather than trying to upsell. I felt the staff were more interested in what worked for me as a customer rather than them as a company. They are very knowledgeable and customer centred. I am going back for the other mattress that I liked after this. The delivery is also prompt and nothing feels like too much trouble. I really liked this - it feels very progressive. They are a very established company.

Purchasing bed in leith was great experience. I had help from the show room staff to choose from various bed size and brand. Directed me also to their web to choose. Free delivery on time. I'm grateful.

Ordered a mattress online on Thursday morning and as soon as the order was confirmed I received a phone call to arrange the delivery. Was delivered the following afternoon. Super efficient and mattress was perfect.

Great service. The guy that served us was knowledgeable and helpful, we were given all the information needed to make our mattress choice..Really appreciated being left alone whilst making our decision. A refreshing change to the usual sales pressure. Delivery was quick and arrived at the time stated.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff when we visited the store. Our questions were answered comprehensively and left us feeling confident in the bed we were choosing. The delivery time was confirmed the day before and the crew appeared as promised.

The guys who came today with my bed were excellent and very pleasant as they had to climb 60 stairs to my door.good customer service too. Also the manager Greig was excellent and very knowlagable.

I’ve bought mattresses and beds here a couple of times and the experience has been excellent. Simple, honest and fuss-free as well as good value for money. Delivery has been quick and the people in the shop as well as delivery are decent. Would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend this shop enough. We were assisted by a very nice young man who clearly had a good knowledge of the products on sale , no hard sale baloney just a genuinely helpful attitude. The shop has a fantastic selection of beds and we found a lovely mattress at a very reasonable price.

Staff very friendly, took time to explain about the mattress I needed. No pressure. I ordered the mattress on Monday afternoon then it was a delivered on Thursday. Seamless to ordering to delivery. Delivery drivers again friendly and efficient.

I’d read all the brilliant reviews from other customers so decided I’d rather give my custom to a local business who were highly rated. I saw Connor when I went in and he was great. Very polite and knowledgable and I’d chosen the right bed within 10 minutes. Would highly recommend and it’s a local business , which is even better.

Very nice sales team - not pushy but helpful when needed and you get to try different mattresses etc - very important when you consider you'll spend half your life in a bed.
