Bonjour, j ai commandé une robe pour un à un anniversaire le 23/03/26 je reçois confirmation jusqu ici tt va bien puis je reçois une notification que la robe va être expédiée mais ce n est plus la même robe sur la photo j interviens tt de suite pour demander des explications on m indique de ne pas m inquiéter. Je relance le service car délai de livraison normalement 10 jours max et je la reçois ce matin au bout d ‘1 mois le 21/04/26 et bingo ce n est pas la bonne robe. Qualité médiocre robe immense je demande le remboursement par mail piur savoir comment faire pour le moment pas de retour.

très peu sérieux, des escrocs! Commandé toujours pas reçu au bout de 2 semaines sans aucune nouvelles sérieuses!!!
Surtout ne faites pas de commandes sur ce site.
Je vais dénoncer ce site, il ne faut plus qu’il existe!!!!!

I ordered a white tailored blazer which took weeks to arrive. Once it did, I was shocked to see the extremely poor quality of the product. It was unlined and as thin as basic shirt fabric.
When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to pay for the shipping myself back to China, which would probably cost more than the value of the item! Total scam! Avoid giving them any business!

Nowhere near as soft as shown in the picture- colours completely different - very expensive for what it is. Delivery insanely slow. Wouldnt use again.

Fraudalent company, scam - do not touch. It says there is a no quibble return and it will not work. They also set up a monthly payment which was not authorised. If you have ordered from them call your bank and request a charge back immediately. IF your goods arrive they will be cheap and awful.

You have no chance of returning anything unless you are prepared to pay for it.
Took 3 weeks to arrive, nothing like picture, offer you 10% off !! Then 15% !! How do I even know they will receive it? !!!!!!!

Fraud company

Like other contributors I foolishly also did not read any reviews. I got the wrong item looking nothing like the advertised picture and when I complained I was told this was not covered by their returns policy and offered a 10% discount on a future purchase. I expect they will get away with it as I’m not sure how to proceed next. Do not use their site!

Very disappointing experience.

The website presents the company as European, but returns must be sent to China at your own expense, including shipping, customs, and VAT. This makes returns very costly and was not clearly explained.

I was only offered a partial refund unless I paid to return the item internationally.

I ordered an item in Jan. for an event on March 15th. The item did not arrive until March 17th and the completely wrong item was sent. I requested a refund and they said my situation did not fit their policies standard for a free return fee. So, I could either send the item back (but I'd have to cover the cost) or keep the item and get a partial refund 10%...very horrible experience.

Absolutely appalling. Worst example of scam trading ive experienced. NOT based in France (China). Long wait times (over 2 weeks). Very poor, dismissive customer services with hilariously fake french names. Then, wrong item finally delivered. Told no returns (not covered by thier returns policy). Sought chargeback, resolved quickly. Avoid

Absolutely REPULSIVE. They falsely ADVERTISE their products. Pictures are AI generated .You pay for something you think you will be receiving from the photo on their page and you get something totally different. They scam you!! Once I contacted them and sent photos of proof to show them i received something different they wouldn't even refund or pay for the cost shipping back for a refund but offered a 10% discount to keep something I didnt want!! I will be disputing the charges with my bank....THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY STAY AWAY. They should be embarrassed and out of business . Im sure they will reply with some b.s. reply but I have proof of photos and emails! SCAMMERS!!!

I would give zero stars!! They sent the wrong item and refuse to return even though their return policy states “we will return if an incorrect item is sent”! Do not trust, do not buy!!! What they did send is a cheap

Commande un tailleur couleur beige, reçu 1 jaune. Demande d'échange, je dois payer 18€ a mes frais et pas sur de recevoir la bonne couleur.. demande un autre article,ils font traîner en ma baladant style je comprends pas.

Attention arnaque! Rien à voir avec les photos! Made in china, 1 veste en velours qui ressemble à une serpillière. Retour moins d’1kg 40€ à votre charge vers la Chine.

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. Paid £45 for a dress that took a long time to be delivered, arrived looking nothing like advertised on the website. very badly made using very poor material, didn't fit at all over the chest (I'm not sure it would have fitted any human body!!!) Requested a return as stated on website "easy returns" VERY POOR customer service, only option to return to a Chinese warehouse that has cost £20 in postage. Absolute scam of a company DO NOT USE

Cette entreprise est une véritable escroquerie car les produits sont de très mauvaise qualité (coupe, tissus et confection très très bas de gamme) avec produits qui viennent directement de Chine. Rien à vois avec les photos présentées sur le site. les produits sont pire que ceux de SHEIN en qualité. au final produits très chers au regard du produit. Attention, les frais de retour en Chine sont à la charge du client, ce qui n'est pas précisé clairement sur le site. Arnaque à fuir.

Site trompeur car produits Chinois chers pour une qualité médiocre et non conforme à la commande,
Réponses du service client via une IA, frais de retour en Chine à charge (35 euros) ou 10 % de remboursement.
A éviter absolument !!!!
